客室は清潔で、使いやすかったです。スキーバックを3人分入れても十分に過ごせました。 フロントの女性は、私たちのつたない英語でも理解してアドバイスをしてくださったり、タクシー予約に協力してもらったりしました。 部屋の洗面台のシンクは少し使いにくい部分もありましたが、飲料として使うのは、フロント近くに設置されているウォーターサーバー？を使いました。 お湯も、フロントにお願いしてもらったりもしました。 朝食のビュッフェは卵と食パン、シリアルだけのシンプルなものなので、果物などを食べたい人は持ち込むといいと思います。

Breakfast was dismal. Only minimal items and no yogurt. Coffee very weak.

This is an old hotel in downtown Revelstoke that is getting updated. The bed was excellent and much appreciated. The decor is a mix of newer Chinese furnishings with the original stuff and creates a unique exchange of styles. The Breakfast was very basic and it would be nice if they had better coffee to get the day started. Overall it is good value for Revelstoke which is getting pricey and delivers on a good sleep.

I did not like the following: 1) no decaf coffee available. 2) no microwave in room 3) minimal breakfast I did like: 1) Staff was amazing 2) beds were not hard as a rock! 3) close to my event

We highly recommend the Grizz Hotel! Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was simple, but so nice to start the day without looking for a restaurant. The location was amazing! Right in the heart of Revelstoke. We hope to come back!

Walkable and convenient to amenities

I booked this place because one night of the Alpine was all I could take. I came to the grizz just based off the photos alone. The rooms were very nice. I reserved a second floor because I didn’t want to hear upstairs noise. And that worked out great. However the people right near us were super loud and we could hear them most of the night. The beds were very comfortable just don’t sit on the edge of the bed because the whole other half will come off of the floor. There is a small mini fridge in the rooms but the only microwave is right near the check in desk. Super weird when you want to heat something up. When cleaning they need to clean all of the walls in the bathroom. Not just the shower walls. The bathroom walls had this gross yellow stuff dripping down the entirety of the walls. Also it’s weird that when asking for extra towels instead of just marking my room down noting I had the 4 extra towels. They have to come to my room to collect the dirty towels. Breakfast - 5 choices of cereal, hard boiled eggs, orange slices, coffee, bread and juice. That is NOT considered breakfast also not $20 worth of breakfast for each extra person you charge for in a room per night. The outside looks very dumpy but the inside is really nice. If the windows were updated to new ones the place would look great from the outside.

Great room for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. However the hotel was advertised as having a bar attached (one of the reasons we booked it) but on the first night there was a private function and we weren’t allowed in and on the next night they wanted $20 each just to get in.

La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel est poli et réactif aux demandes. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, les lits sont confortables, tout pour passer une bonne nuit. Stationnement pratique, hôtel bien situé. Le seul point négatif c'est le petit déjeuner, c'est une sorte de "continental" pas très fourni, basique et pas très intéressant.

Very tired property. The decore is mid 20th century Chinese. The bathroom door was squeaky. No hot tub. Breakfast was minimal. No elevator to the second floor and no one to assist with luggage. Two positives: the location is great and the hard boiled eggs were freshly prepared. No way I would book here again.

Amazing location. The hotel has a bit of an odd vibe and the continental breakfast is very limited. But overall, it was a good stay and fairly priced!
