客室は清潔で、使いやすかったです。スキーバックを3人分入れても十分に過ごせました。 フロントの女性は、私たちのつたない英語でも理解してアドバイスをしてくださったり、タクシー予約に協力してもらったりしました。 部屋の洗面台のシンクは少し使いにくい部分もありましたが、飲料として使うのは、フロント近くに設置されているウォーターサーバー？を使いました。 お湯も、フロントにお願いしてもらったりもしました。 朝食のビュッフェは卵と食パン、シリアルだけのシンプルなものなので、果物などを食べたい人は持ち込むといいと思います。

No iron in the rooms, but front desk had one that you can borrow. The breakfast is lacking, mostly just toast and cereal to choose from. Overall was okay for the price.

The room was basic and clean. I liked that there was water and a microwave available. All staff were kind and friendly. The location is very central It never took more than 5-10min to walk to everywhere I needed. The hotel was also very quiet despite the noise warning in the description. Free & plentiful parking was also a bonus. The only negative was the decor. Very dated and didn't match the building.

Don't let the outside fool you. The hotel is very well-maintained with wonderful decore, comfortable beds & modern bathrooms. It is quite exquisite on the inside. The walls are very thin (which the staff warn folks about) and the noise does carry but we didn't experiance too much noise during our stay. However we were at the end of the hall. The breakfast is very modest but does the job. For the price i'd say it is worth it!

Quiet and clean. The air conditioning light kinda kept me awake. Very bright. Otherwise I will stay again.

Breakfast was okay

The ceiling of our room was wooden. Lack of noise suppression would creek every time people would move around the top. The room's door also wasn't sound proof, hence people walking by in the halls even from slight distances would be fully audible. Breakfast was good, but the showers had an extremely small flow of water, the water was warm but the flow made it difficult to have a nice shower.

The staff was excellent very helpful the room was ok, the washroom was nice but no room on the toilet I had to sit slightly sideways when using the free breakfast was very simple it would be nice if they had a waffle or pancake maker and also real spoons those wooden ones are very small for an adult to eat with.

Room is clean

Walls were thin and sound traveled through easy, and the AC wall head was dripping it's condensate. The bed wasn't bad tho.

We had a great stay. Lots of things to do around the area and the room was clean.

The entire hotel is spotless! The attention to detail is incredible. Everything in the room was perfectly clean -not a spot or speck of dust to be found in the whole place. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, and quiet. Staff are super helpful, kind, and friendly. I highly encourage everyone to visit. It’s also located in a nice safe place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood.

Our room was very clean and quite comfortable. The hotel is decorated in a very eclectic style that makes for interesting viewing. I really liked the historical pictures in the dining room. The front desk staff were quite nice. Lack of an elevator to the second floor is the only drawback we found.

The lounge was closed during my stay, I was looking forward to playing the pool table, the original room i was given the bathroom wasn't clean, there was hair on the toliet and around the bathroom... the worker at the front desk was able to move us to a new room but still felt uncomfortable as i questioned if the new room was cleaned
