We initially got a room the toilet didn’t flush and the whole room smelt musty almost moldy. We called and they transferred us to an upgraded room immediately. We were very great full and they also didn’t bother us during check out which is also appreciated as we were running late

Corridor tres bruyants et aucun avis sur hotel.com comme quoi piscine fermer jusqu'à fin octobre mais personnel super accueillant et possibilité d'utiliser les installations piscine/spa/zona et douche vapeur du motel adjacent... vraiment bien localiser

The building is under construction. Strong wood work smell. Most importantly there was very heavy walking running all day above our room. We had to call the reception to complained at 1:30 AM as we couldn't sleep. Finally around 2:30 we got tired and slept after they calmed down.

There was undisclosed construction going on, only one functional elevator. The pillows were way too soft. Inroom issues - AC system was very loud, lots of vibration felt in pillow. The alarm clock wasn’t checked and woke us up at 5am on our one night stay. The bathroom fan was supremely loud. Overall just not even close to the last time we stayed here.

Bruyant, buyant et bruyant. Mal insonorisé. Entendre le voisin ronflé, entendre l'alarme de cellulaire de l'autre voisin. Vieux système d'air climatisé ultra bruyant qui décolle au 20 minutes. Le couloir, tellement bruyant. J'ai payé plus cher pour avoir une chambre de plus de qualité pour me rendre compte que nous sommes beaucoup mieux au bestwestern. Je n'irais pu et je n'envoyerais pas de mes employés à cette endroit.
