A bunch of kids hanging out in the hallway at 11:30pm and their parents who were drinking from a cooler made for a disturbing night. Not restful.

The hotel was under construction and breakfast was very underwhelming for the price paid for the stay and food

Clean room, but there was a mold smell coming from the shower. Otherwise a nice room.

Room was very nice, freshly renovated. Very clean, staff was great and helpful.

Despite construction, it was very clean, and mostly complete, enjoyed our stay, short uber from numerous shopping and restaurant options.

The room was always clean, and the staff were friendly- speaking to me in both French and English

I expect more from a highly rated hotel. I’m shocked by how unprofessional the receptionists were. They weren’t attentive and accommodating to me as a guest. When I stay in hotels especially ones that I pay an exorbitant amount for, I expect accommodation, politeness, professionalism and privacy at the very least, all of which they lacked. On multiple occasions my personal information like my ID, credit card and room number were not handled with care and displayed for various guests and staff members to see. As a traveler this is severely distressing. They put me in a precarious situation by doing this, which is one of the reasons why I decided to switch rooms during my second night at the hotel. The other reason was the noisiness, even late into the evening. I heard everything from stomping, banging to drilling. This is unacceptable. The quality of the room I stayed in during the second night was disappointing. It was much smaller than the first even though I paid practically the same amount. Also it was not clean.The bedroom table had what I believe to be food residue.The couch had unknown particles on it. I had to locate a cleaner who wiped off the table but used the same towel to clean the washroom surfaces and other areas. I had to wipe these surfaces again. I noticed four small holes in the walls under the Tv, it’s possible I may have been watched. Also loud construction is taking place at the hotel entrance, a workers carelessness caused me to inhale dust.

Hotelnunder construction, but still quite a great stay. Front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Old hotel, not much service

Access to a newspaper stand would be great. Hotel under construction outdoors; however, very comfortable and cozy indoors.

The building is under construction. Strong wood work smell. Most importantly there was very heavy walking running all day above our room. We had to call the reception to complained at 1:30 AM as we couldn't sleep. Finally around 2:30 we got tired and slept after they calmed down.

Its ok, but we dont’t expect that they are on renovation so the ground floor was not presentable when we got inside the lobby

There was undisclosed construction going on, only one functional elevator. The pillows were way too soft. Inroom issues - AC system was very loud, lots of vibration felt in pillow. The alarm clock wasn’t checked and woke us up at 5am on our one night stay. The bathroom fan was supremely loud. Overall just not even close to the last time we stayed here.

Construction woke us up earlier than we would have liked. Despite requesting, no compensation was given for this inconvenience.

Great staff and well maintained hotel

We initially got a room the toilet didn’t flush and the whole room smelt musty almost moldy. We called and they transferred us to an upgraded room immediately. We were very great full and they also didn’t bother us during check out which is also appreciated as we were running late
