快適でした。昼に着いて市内観光に行くのに荷物を無料で預かってくれました。

周囲は極めて閑静で、夜間ほとんど外からの物音は聞こえなかった。また６泊の間、他の宿泊者の会話やテレビからの音が聞こえることも希であった。朝食は充実しているとはいえないが、パン・シリアル・ジュース・コーヒー・ヨーグルト・フルーツがあり、立地と料金を考えれば十分と感じた。残念な点は、部屋に冷蔵庫がないことと、無料のwifiがなぜか途中からほとんどつながらなかったこと。

古い建物。階段多く不便。エレベーターなし。スーツケースをもってロビーまで階段、受付後も３階まで階段であがらなければいけない。内装リノベーション中。工事で汚れ、塗装の匂いなど。 バスルームもお湯がなかなかでない、など不便。

部屋は想像以上にきれいだったり、WiFiは無料と良い点もあるが、WiFiがPWなしだったり、エアコンの温度が高めに設定できない、早朝は担当者不在などの問題点もあり、もう少し払ってもSherbrooke通りより川側の中堅ホテルに泊まったほうが満足できそう。

ホテルというより、Ｂ＆Ｂのような感じで居心地のよい雰囲気でした。街中でしたが、静かな通りで、のんびり過ごせました。 古い建築のせいか階段だけなので、荷物運びがちょっと大変かな。

家族４人で宿泊しました。 ホテルの男性スタッフは、とても気さくな雰囲気でいつもニコニコしていました。 品数は少な目ですが無料で食べられる朝食とコーヒーがいつでも飲めるのは良かったです。 部屋もとても広く、スーツケースを２つ広げても十分にスペースがありました。 シャワーの量が若干少ないかな～という感じでした。 空港からのシャトルバスは、少し歩きましたが、メトロの入り口は近く イートンセンターも徒歩圏内だったのでとても便利でした。 次もまた泊まりたいと思いました。

This was the best affordable hotel I’ve stayed at in memory! The room was beautiful with such detail and character- but most importantly, immaculate! Everything was well maintained and spotless. Check in was a breeze, I rented one of the parking spots that felt safe, and one block from downtown! Cannot wait to return- thanks to all the staff for making it a perfect get away!!

J’ai reçu un accueil très chaleureux et la famille qui s’occupe de l’hôtel a fait toute sorte de petites attentions à mon égard pour accommoder mon voyage.

I really enjoyed my 1 night. Very charming building. Nicely renovated, and the shower was nice. The beds are very comfy. The place was very quiet so I slept really well. The cafe downstairs is a nice touch. Location is great. The floors are a little creeky and there isn’t any full length mirrors but overall amazing stay!

Very pretty aesthetic and super helpful staff. Will always be my go to.

Great location, historic building, functional rooms. I cannot however express enough gratitude to the staff who discovered that I had accidentally booked our stay one night shorter than needed. After trying to reach me for hours while we were out, they ultimately graciously scooped up our belongings and relocated them to another room which they added at my apologetic request to please be able to stay another night. And while this was probably ripe opportunity to add surcharges or a higher room rate for the trouble, they did not. Many thanks! A great time in the city.

Ça fait la job juste pour dormir; lit confortable, propre et endroit tranquille. Pour ceux qui ont fréquentés des auberges de jeunesse. Ne devrait pas coûter plus de 130$ la nuit, mais demeure une des options la moins cher du quartier. N'espérez pas d'interaction humaine; 2 employés et 1 gérant étaient présents à notre arrivée à 5 pm et aucun bonjour ni aucune salutation offerte.

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and the building has a ton of character. The coffee shop is also excellent.

The room was very clean, modern bathroom, bed was very comfortable. Clean bedding. All the amenities I needed like shampoo, conditioner and body wash, even two chocolates on my bed. Loved the Victorian building and having the little cafe was a bonus. The location was amazing. Two blocks off of Saint Catherine's Street and only a few more blocks to the Bell Centre. Stairs were hard for me but otherwise, the staff was lovely and held my luggage until I was ready to depart. I would stay there again.
