Gorgeous boutique hotel! Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. This hotel feels like you’re in Paris, so charming and welcoming and comfortable. It is in an excellent location for eating and shopping and sightseeing! I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great little hotel in quebec city, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was amazing. Beware that if you book through expedia, the small breakfast provided is not included.

Its a close enough walk to everything we wanted to do

Such a great location! The staff were very helpful (& allowed us to try out our terrible French)! It's in low town with many restaurants and shops, but easy to walk to haut-ville.

The staff at the front desk were always so plesasant and helpful. The hotel was very centraly located. Parking was a breeze. I will miss our little room!

The AC was not working. The staff provided free breakfast and parking and altogether the stay was really pleasant. They fixed AC next day.

This hotel was "okay" but not one we would go back to. The best feature was the front desk staff, who were unfailingly helpful in answering questions and making suggestions. The room was quiet, clean,and conveniently located near the elevator. The amenities (coffee maker, refrigerator) worked but were not really convenient. For example, the noise of the refrigerator's motor going on and off all night kept us awake; finally, in frustration, we unplugged it. The hotel's location in the "lower" area of Quebec City meant that we had to climb numerous steep streets and paths to reach the Chateau Frontenac area. The biggest problem was the lack of space. The hotel has no lobby to speak of, so we felt stuck in the room. The room itself was clean but quite small and lacked space to put things away. For example, it was impossible to unpack a suitcase since there was no dresser or other useful drawers. The sink was located in the bedroom, not the bathroom, which turned out to be a real nuisance. Since the cost of breakfast was not included in our room charge, we never ate at the hotel. We also didn't have a car, so we can't comment on parking.

Tolles, großes Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Es gab ein Parkhaus ca. 200m vom Hotel entfernt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Fantastic room (52) view of the river. Spacious and clean. Friendly staff who go out of their way to help answer your questions. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel and room were extremely clean and well maintained. The location was excellent- close to everything in the old city. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially the front desk staff. It appears that rooms offer various options, like ours had a tub in the room (not the bathroom), but others didn’t have a tub. So be sure to specify what you want/need. We had two issues - the TV was very hard to use because of a new system of some kind and there were only two available outlets in the room. But overall a great stay.
