Central location & very convenient

The breakfast buffet , (not included) was convenient. The attendant did not guide people to sit in the alternate room so we watched couple after couple walk in and not know what to do cause there were no more seats. The attendant moved at a very slow pace and her only concern was room number. The croissants were fabulous. The butter packets impossible to open (please change vendor) and the coffee fabulous. We were a bit turned off by some of the food sitting with plastic wrap on it. Enjoyed having smoked salmon available. The fruit variety needs work and it would be great if you offered hot oatmeal. The room although nice in size had a loud running humidifier that seemed unnecessary. It ran off And on all day and night and was extremely irritating. Aldi not having water in the room is a big mistake. If you do not want to use plastic provide glass bottles like they do in many other hotels. There was no extra tissues available in the room The bathroom was cavernous and locker room ish in style. The biggest turnoff for me was the fake tulips everywhere. They are extremely tacky, look very worn and not at all what you should be using as a decoration lmo. If real flowers won't work due to weather then perhaps just some evergreen plants would be suitable.

Le personnel est très attentionné. L’hôtel est bien situé. Nous avions la chambre avec le bain à part en fonte. La douche laissait à désirer avec la pomme qui était moitié fonctionnel et des tuyaux de métal qui sortent sans connexion et sans utilité. La lavabo n’a pas de comptoir ce qui est moins pratique. Toutefois le lit est confortable et il y a de l’espace dans la chambre.

Very quiet and clean rooms. Sink placement in the room was a bit odd but it’s a historic building. Appreciated the free breakfast each morning which included bagels, salmon, croissants etc.

Très bonne localisation de l’hôtel dans la basse ville du vieux Québec, personnel très accueillant, parking à proximité, petit déjeuner très bien. Surclassement en plus. Vraiment très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel.

I’d say it’s functional for a short stay, say the weekend like we did there but for a longer stay I don’t reckon I’d recommend. Of course old European style which is the aesthetic of the city but the hard cold floor in our room, the sink in the middle of the room, it was only going to be a matter of time til it became uncomfortable. The hotel didn’t keep House slippers and couldn’t provide one when they were requested, I thought that was a tad insensitive in the middle of Spring.

L'accueil du personnel, stationnement payant relié à l'hôtel, les petits déjeuner, l'endroit où l'hôtel est situé dans le vieux Québec, on peut tout faire à pied. Les restos. Je recommande cet hôtel, tout y était excellent.

We enjoyed our stay, in pleasant surroundings with attentive staff. The entrance to this boutique hotel was tidy and welcoming. The room was well laid out, and decorated. Breakfast was well organized and fresh. We would definitely stay here again.

La gente de recepción es muy amable y te ayuda siempre que lo necesites. Está súper bien ubicado, está pequeño pero muy cómodo.

Charming hotel and great location.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le vieux Québec. La chambre était très confortable et la personne à l'accueil très avenante. Elle nous a aidé à trouver un stationnement. Nous y retournerons.

Rm 101- 800sq room was excellent. My family enjoyed it. Beautiful windows & fireplace. Large bathroom. Plenty of lighting. Nice dining room to order in. Only downside was there’s only one night stand by one of the beds instead of having one on each side. The tub was also awkward to get in & out of. Overall, the room was great. We only wish the room wasn’t in another nearby building. Staff was most helpful & kind. Breakfast is okay. It’s mostly a cold breakfast, minus toast. One of us had mold on and inside of a bagel. We recommend going to Restaurant La Bouche!! Overall, we liked the room.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and I highly recommend this hotel.

Small boutique hotel. Very clean. Front desk staff are amazing. The staff member at breakfast was abrasive and rude.
