Rm 101- 800sq room was excellent. My family enjoyed it. Beautiful windows & fireplace. Large bathroom. Plenty of lighting. Nice dining room to order in. Only downside was there’s only one night stand by one of the beds instead of having one on each side. The tub was also awkward to get in & out of. Overall, the room was great. We only wish the room wasn’t in another nearby building. Staff was most helpful & kind. Breakfast is okay. It’s mostly a cold breakfast, minus toast. One of us had mold on and inside of a bagel. We recommend going to Restaurant La Bouche!! Overall, we liked the room.

Amazing check-in desk staff. Pleasant and helpful. Easy access to parking although it was a couple of blocks away. Excellent location. Nice modern amenities in a quaint environment. Would definitely recommend.

I should not have had to negotiate at time of check-in to get the level of room I had committed to. Once booking receipt evidenced, reception person resolved issue, but should not have happened in the first place.
