Better to bring your own towels as the towels are of poor quality. The air conditioning is portable and therefore loud and puts you to sleep. Showers, toilets, and beds are comfortable to use. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is only bread, banana, apple, cereal, coffee, and milk.

計5泊しましたが、その間、リネン類交換が一度もなかった。そのため、バスタオルやトイレットペーパーをフロントにもらいに行くことになった。タオルの質が良くないのか、顔を拭くと青色の繊維がかなり付いてしまうので、翌日からティッシュペーパーで拭くようにした。 また、部屋の鍵の開閉がすんなりと出来た試しがなく、何度か回してみて開けたり閉めたりした。 築100年程の建物なので、床面が斜めです。

Room felt neglected, not super clean and quite run down. The staff were lovely, but the “included breakfast” consisted of cereal and a dirty toaster.. good central location, but quite a few dodgy people hang out near the front - lobby area frequently smelled of urine. Fire alarm went off at 5am one morning due to someone smoking in the stairwell.

Bon hôtel pour quelqu'un qui veut passer quelques jours à Montréal sans trop dépenser pas un 5 étoiles mais sa fait la job seul hic beaucoup de marche et pas d'ascenseur se qui peut être un problème si on à des grosses valises et pour les déjeuners ceux qui chiale que s'est pas un déjeuner extraordinaire pour le prix que vous payez sa fait la job

Heart of Downtown. Nice and clean. very close to everything. Rare to find such a nice place with affordable price. The only suggestion I have is the color of the towels should be white instead of navy. No elevators for disabled.

Room was dirty. Pretty sure they didn't clean the sheets. The lady at the desk was super rude. I wasn't expecting 5 star or anything, just a clean room to sleep.

Street noisy, no blackout in window , low insonorisation , but very clean sheets and floor, no carpet, weird odor in corridor. Basic breakfast , employee at reception unfriendly was kind of hibdding beside computer! Ok for very short stay
