ホテル周辺の騒音以外、ダウンダウンでは貴重なローコストホテルです。

複雑な作りの建物で、部屋に行くのに階段の上り下りをしなきゃならないのが、不自由だった。それ以外は料金なり。スタッフはフレンドリーだった。

Better to bring your own towels as the towels are of poor quality. The air conditioning is portable and therefore loud and puts you to sleep. Showers, toilets, and beds are comfortable to use. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is only bread, banana, apple, cereal, coffee, and milk.

計5泊しましたが、その間、リネン類交換が一度もなかった。そのため、バスタオルやトイレットペーパーをフロントにもらいに行くことになった。タオルの質が良くないのか、顔を拭くと青色の繊維がかなり付いてしまうので、翌日からティッシュペーパーで拭くようにした。 また、部屋の鍵の開閉がすんなりと出来た試しがなく、何度か回してみて開けたり閉めたりした。 築100年程の建物なので、床面が斜めです。

My hotel room door had clearly been previously bashed in; the poor repair done around the door handle showed that. The hallway floors are warped to the point that the middle of the hallway could be as much as 6-8" higher than the edges. Everything is just poorly maintained.

We booked and paid for a room with AC, which was broken. The room was hotter than the hallway, very uncomfortable. They tried to charge me extra for a room with AC because it was considered an upgrade. Charging the customer extra for an amenity already paid for.

Vraiment je ne comprend pas que cet hôtel soit bien noté lors de ma location Hôtel sentant l urine dès la porte d entrée , une terrasse horrible d une saleté incroyable, j ai rencontré des gens dans cet hôte mécontents comme nous et choqués Je ne recommande pas du tout

Je vais systématiquement à cet hôtel depuis trois ou quatre ans. Ça dit tout.

Great location, easy parking at the clicknpark

It is a unique historical property that would be wonderful for younger travelers if it were better maintained. The location is wonderful, directly on St. Catherine's, fifty feet from the Jazz Fest. No elevator, the Hotel is on floors 2-4. The staff is friendly, but will just make excuses if you need anything. The basic cable was not working. A DVD player was provided, but no lending library. The shower curtain was held up by a single screw. The nightstand drawer had no bottom. Little things matter. It is a shame, because this place could be a gem, if only the owners cared enough to polish it.

Well it should be informed that what is around the hotel, me and my daughter got scared after the seeing the shops around being an outsider, we really was reconsidering the booking. Location was great and accessible to all attractions

Very .. poor. The best part of this hotel is the staff.

Good place to stay on a budget close to everything in Montreal. Everything is close by. It's my go to place.

This establishment can’t decide if it is a budget hotel or a hostel and as a result doesn’t achieve the positives of either. It is however cheap, the bedding clean, it felt reasonably safe and is right in the centre of the Festivals. Would I stay here again? No. Should you stay here? Yes if you just want a low budget place to crash. Don’t bother with breakfast though. Such a shame as someone with a bit of imagination could turn this into a vibrant hostel.

La chambre n’était pas du tout comparable aux photos. Nous avons dû quitter le premier bâtiment d’accueil pour se rendre dans un second bâtiment désuet par un chemin improvisé. Le secteur est rempli de déchets et il y a une souris morte dans la fenêtre. Tout de même propre à l’intérieur mais pas du tout ce à quoi on s’attendait. Un ami qui nous accompagnait a réservé directement avec l’hôtel et a eu une belle chambre rénovée dans la première section. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Poorly maintained hotel. From the moment I arrived I could see it was nothing like the pictures, the entrance faded, and stairs leading upstairs uneven, dirty, and with a weird smell. Check in and out staff member was friendly but these necessary interactions were it. The afternoon staff member looked annoyed every time you returned. You have to use the doorbell to get in every time. Room was ok, had a weird smell which I disliked every time I returned. Very dated furniture. AC worked well but it was so loud, it was either wake up every time it turns on or be too warm. Washroom/shower very basic. Towels included. Bed had stains on, sock underneath from previous stay, spots of mould in the shower, sprinkler pipe held up by string. On the surface, room was clean though, no dust or dirt. Terrace poorly maintained, breakfast very basic but if you are on a budget it still helps. Location is fantastic, we were across the street from the music venue we came for. Walking distance to most major things or there is a metro around the corner. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless around the hotel and we had to ask people doing drugs on the stairs to move so we could enter the hotel. There are only stairs in the hotel. Not an issue, but just be aware. Even for a budget hotel this was a little surprising. The hotel pictures are not accurate, and I understand the expenses involved, but this hotel really needs some TLC.

This place is okay if all you need is a place to shower & sleep. No hot water from sink tap. Shower door was broken. Custom drape was hung backwards, obstructing air conditioner. TV remote not working - missing battery. Unswept floor - wine gum, chocolate skittle and ballpoint pen spring found on floor by stepping on them. Stayed only one night. Sketchy neighbourhood - Do a Google Streetscape walk around the block and ask yourself if that is the scene you are comfortable with.
