Television kept disconnecting....toilet was running... language barriers

My stay was enjoyable. Upon arrival I were advised that the room category I had booked was unavailable due to a plumbing issue in the room. We were offered an alternate and recently renovated room and complimentary parking to make up for the issue. Facility itself is a bid dated and shows its age on the outside but the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was limited and entirely carbs. It would be nice to add a protein of some kind but as an included feature it was good. Overall value for dollar was very good and I would return.

It wasn't what I hoped for. Area want the nicest. Cleanliness wasn't up to my standards.

Very disappointing stay. This is supposed to be a Howard Johnson by Wyndham, but it does not reflect the brand standard at all. The photos online are misleading and appear outdated. The room felt worn, and poorly maintained. Bedding looked off-white and aged, pillows were flat, towels had stains and felt rough. The bathroom toilet was unclean, had cracked tiles, some damaged baseboards, and very slow water flow from the sink tap. No bath soap was provided. There’s an Indian/Hakka restaurant attached to the hotel and the smell is very strong throughout the lobby. Our “non-smoking” room also smelled like smoke. If you’re sensitive to odors, this is not the place to book. Windows didn’t seem to have proper locking mechanisms, which raised safety concerns. We skipped the continental breakfast after reading recent reviews and went elsewhere instead. You truly get what you pay for. Read recent reviews carefully before booking — don’t rely on the website photos.

Rooms could be more accommodating for families with young children as well as they should be on lower level instead of top with all the stairs outside. (No elevator)

Room we smiling badly, and they look completely OLD, OLD CARPET, OLD CHAIRS.. It was really disgusting.

Run down, toilet leaked and shaky ,heater noisy it was clean in terms of sheets and towel ,first room we got was very cigarette smelling so had to move ,

Heart shape hottub did not have working jets. Wifi and television didnt work properly and the hearter was unable to keep a solid temperature

We stayed at the hotel for one night and had a great experience. The room was really good, neat, and well maintained. The jacuzzi was also very good and relaxing. Overall, everything was comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
