Best stay ever with such a low price, recommend to everyone and such a supportive staff

They first put me in a room with a cold tile floor and no working heat. Then after calling Expedia, they moved to another room. I ended up having to disinfect the wall that was smeared with feces. That was gross! The laundry facilities were not available. They claimed the pipes were frozen. I understand that can happen, but when I asked about a nearby laundromat, the attendant said I’d have to do an online search for it. Rude.

This hotel was extremely disappointing and nothing like the photos shown online. The property is dirty, run-down, and clearly neglected. The bed was in very poor condition — when you sit on it, it sinks and feels like you’re going to fall through. The floors were dirty, the electrical outlets were broken, and the mattresses were stained, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, the hotel looks old, damaged, and poorly maintained. It does not match the pictures at all, which feels misleading. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were polite and kind, but unfortunately good customer service cannot make up for the lack of cleanliness and the poor condition of the rooms. I would not recommend staying here until major cleaning and renovations are done.

The rooms were not clean. The bathroom vanity faucet was not connected properly and was leaking water to the bottom of the vanity every time the faucet was opened. The wall paint chipped away at some places.

The room was disgusting. Reeked of smoke. Dirty toilets and sink. Around 10:00pm tenants were fighting, behaving aggressively and violently. Therefore we got up and left. The owners refused to refund the room, but with a kid in the room I was not taking the chance. Management was not up for the job and cleaning crew is obviously not doing their job. Never again. If these hotels are promoted by your company you need to change you standards.

Unbelievable free breakfast. Very impressive. Wonderful staff and courtesy discount for parking.

No problem with staff room was clean the extra charge for parking is not right and the heavy charge for my dog was a lot what extra work involved for the amount,outside building was very dirty needs alot of repairs done around the property overall appearance was unacceptable. I would hope that i would see alot of improvements to stay at this location again.

A little loud at night with party people but that is dependant on who is around during the stay. Rooms are dated but clean. Found it strange there was shampoo but no soap? Breakfast is Continental so don't expect much more than toast, cereal and coffee. It is exactly as described. Additional fee for parking but that is listed so I was fine with that. Good place to stay for the price.

No Free parking available for this hotel They charged me a huge parking fees but never told me there were parking for 10 buck next to the hotel Very tricky

This hotel I wouldn’t recommend, there was blood stains in the bedding and on the mattresses, the bathrooms were disgusting, towels felt like absolute sandpaper, also there was no mini fridge even though it said there was when booking, I had to call for a lightbulb for our lamp I told them I would just install it myself because he said they didn’t have maintance guys… honestly for the price okay fine it’s a place to sleep but absolutely not again…

Pretty good. Clean and quiet. I would return again.
