ホテルは施設の清潔さとサービスの良さは完璧です。 スタッフは英語で話せるので、フランス語ができない方で全く問題ありません。 モントリオールのダウンタウン全般にも言えることですが、周辺はホームレスもおらず、夜に1人で歩くことも何も不安はありません。 バスの本数は多くもなく少なくもないですが、中央駅から近いことは良かったです。 ただ、部屋の掃除をしてもらった時のチップは硬貨で置いて行っても受け取ってもらえないので、QRコードでアクセスできるサイトからチップを払う必要があります。

Tout très bon rapport qualité prix

Everything went well, and I can’t complain except about the parking. I am very confused as to how the bottom of a hotel doesn’t have a proper in-and-out system, and how the parking staff doesn’t work under the hotel. It makes no sense. I paid $125 for parking for the week at a set rate, but when I tried to leave, the parking machine wouldn’t let me out. I went back upstairs and spoke with a staff member named Roberto. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, he told me that if the parking card wasn’t working, that was my problem and I would have to pay another fee, which I didn’t understand. Luckily, another staff member was extremely helpful and came downstairs to make sure my fiancé and I were able to exit without any issues. I am a store manager myself and know when a customer is right or wrong. In this situation, I felt belittled in front of my wife. Other than that, we had an amazing stay. Please fix the parking situation—it was very stressful.

Impeccable Vue exceptionnelle sur Montreal

The shower did not have hot water. The WiFi connection was weak. Room temperature was not easy to change and the room was too cold.

Even though the heating wasn’t working in our room, the staff was very quick with responding to the issue. Less than a minute of complaining , they fixed it right away. Great hotel and even better staff. 10/10 recommend.

Nous sommes descendues chercher notre commande UBER à la réception et nos filles ont barré la porte pour être en sécurité en nous attendant. Elles se sont endormies et étions incapables de débarrer la porte avec notre carte. Les gens à l’accueil sont même venus avec un ordinateur pour tenter de reprogrammer la porte électrique. Nous avons été embarrées plus de 1h30 en dehors de notre chambre.
