生活で過ごしやすい部屋でした！

ホテルは施設の清潔さとサービスの良さは完璧です。 スタッフは英語で話せるので、フランス語ができない方で全く問題ありません。 モントリオールのダウンタウン全般にも言えることですが、周辺はホームレスもおらず、夜に1人で歩くことも何も不安はありません。 バスの本数は多くもなく少なくもないですが、中央駅から近いことは良かったです。 ただ、部屋の掃除をしてもらった時のチップは硬貨で置いて行っても受け取ってもらえないので、QRコードでアクセスできるサイトからチップを払う必要があります。

Les petits-déjeuners offerts sont très rudimentaires. Nous aurions apprécié avoir accès à plus d'options.

Me and my family enjoyed the our stay in the hotel. Clean room, housekeeping is everyday, comfy bed and the location is perfect, close to everything especially to the Old Port.

Rooms are clean except no safe in the room

Location is ideal for griffintown especially where it's situated within walking distance to Old Montreal. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Rooms were clean and modern, staff was helpful and friendly

The room was equipped with 2 queen beds. The room was a nice size and plenty of room to move about. The bathroom was also a bit larger. The shower was powerful with good drainage. The only disappointment was the air conditioning. There was a thermostat on the wall however it did not seem to control the AC to make it colder. The AC vents came from the ceiling by the room door. I called and had a kind staff member come and indicate that they turned of and on the breaker in hopes that that would make a difference. Sadly it did not. I mentioned at the front desk the next day and they were supposed to send someone to our room again to fix. When we returned the room remained at 23 degrees on the thermostat. Menopausal women need it cooler than 23. Funny but so true. I would stay here again as it was also a great location.

This was a nice hotel close walking to many things. Restaurants on Notre Dame were close. Walkable to Old Montreal. Helpful staff. I recommend it.

I loved my stay, excellent staff, all áreas prístina and clean great location close to several bus lines and about 20 minutes walk to Rue Saint Paul and Notre Dame Basílica. There are restaurants, farmacie and Avril supermarche about 2 minutes walking distance.

Very nice hotel but it would have been nice to have breakfast available.

Room was hot 25 degrees could not sleep changed rooms after they tried to fix ac at 1 am had to leave at 4 am. Manager was supposed to call us did not.

I would stay here again. Secure. Good neighbourhood. Dogs everywhere! Good bakery around the corner. Easy walk to Old Montreal. Room was nicely laid out and very quiet. Comfortable good quality bed. Great bathroom! Enjoyable stay!
