パレ駅に近いので到着日や出発前に宿泊するのが便利が良さそうです。また駅の少し先にスーパーがあり、飲み物やお土産を買いました。観光地から少し離れていますが、その分静かでゆっくり過ごせます。朝食もスコーンがあっためられていて、とっても美味しかったです。

rooms were cozy but a little musty smelling. 2nd day it seemed to get better. bathrooms were very nice and clean. continental breakfast was delicious. it was delivered to room every morning. customer service was excellent and very helpful staff at front desk. they called a taxi for us to get us to our cruise. they answered all my questions. very friendly. i would recommend.

From arrival to departure, we enjoyed our stay. Well situated for walking around Old Quebec during our stay. Lots to see and do!

Great location clean room and delicious breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Within walking distance to several restaurants and short ride to cruise port. Some people even walk to the port.

I really liked having our breakfast delivered to our room each morning.

I’m really disappointed with our stay. Before booking, I specifically contacted the hotel to ask whether a gluten free breakfast could be accommodated, and I was assured it could. I then added a note to my booking about needing gluten free options and reminded staff again at check-in. Despite raising this multiple times, not once during our stay was a gluten free breakfast provided. To make matters worse, when we checked out, we were charged again for the stay even though it had already been paid for. Having to deal with the stress and inconvenience of being double charged at the end of a trip was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, between the lack of follow-through on dietary accommodations and the billing issue, this was not the experience we expected.

Breakfast is simple

Room was clean and breakfast of an assortment of pastries were delivered to the door each morning. A sweet treat and something different to wake up to each morning. Very lovely, Also staff were friendly and multi-lingual.

Hotel was in a great location. Quiet at night. The breakfast delivered to your room in the morning was a lovely surprise, we were excited each morning to see what we got! The front desk staff were very helpful. Room size was great with lots of cupboard room to unpack.

Across the street from the Via rail train station and a ten minute walk to the Metro grocery store. Very walkable to the Main Street and staff were very friendly and helpful

This hotel was in a great location in Montreal. The hotel was very clean and loved the art work around the hotel; such a unique vibe! Valet parking was so easy and the staff was wonderful, helping with bags, etc. We were there during hockey playoffs and the concierge directed us to a fun bar to watch the game. Breakfast was minimal but good, some fruit would have been a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again when in Montreal!

The location was not very good, the breakfast also no good. The room was excellent but there is a stair to get in the lobby and no help to carry the luggage.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Highly recommended! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Room was clean. But 2 times out of 4 nights we stayed we had to call front desk for the towels. First night when we checked in we had only one face towel and two bath towels. Second time we had only two bath towels, nothing else. Comfy bed and pillows. It’s extremely important for me. Location is good for the lower part of the town.

This hotel was an amazing home away from home to explore old Quebec. They pay attention to every little detail. Would absolutely stay here again!
