Very Comfortable! The staff are nice!

早餐是果汁和麵包，這個有點讓我們失望。其餘還不錯，床很好睡。

My room was in the second floor and it was very noisy due to downstair's kitchen vent.

早餐均會準備好，掛在房間門口，很方便，每餐還附一張動腦題，很有創意。備有咖啡膠囊，淬取出來咖啡不錯喝。房內備有雨傘可借用。房間乾淨，床也舒適。

Das kleine Frühstück wird in der Früh um 7:00 Uhr an die Zimmertüre geliefert! Public Parking ca. 100m entfernt hinter der Tankstelle, 24h um 20C$.

What a nice place to stay, very clean, personnel is courteous, nice rooms. Not my first time there, not the last either. Location is perfect in Old-Quebec. Parking is on the other side of the street, like $18CA per day.

Room was clean and provided all we required. Internet and TV was not so good, TV frooze on many occasions.

From check in to check out, everything was fantastic. Beautiful room, housekeeping impeccable and daily breakfast. Who could ask for more. We will be back

My husband and I loved Hotel des Coutelleir. It was such a covenant location, everything in the old city was walkable. The room was perfect and having breakfast delivered was such a bonus. The people at the desk were incredibly helpful. They thought of everything even having a place to refill your water bottles in the lobby. You parked across the street and you paid the hotel so just one bill. We will absolutely stay here again and will tell our friends to do the same.

I was quite surprised that, when the description said 'breakfast included' it would consist of an insulated bag hung on the room's doorknob. It contained 2 cold croissants, 2 cold scones, 2 yogurt, 2 orange juice, 4 cold pats of butter and 2 small pots of jam. This is something from the days of COVID! In addition, when you enter the property, there is a small vestibule and then about 6 very steep steps to the reception desk, requiring one to haul their bags up and down. Very difficult especially for an older person.

Ramane at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed or wanted, and she gave us great recommendations for eating out and for take-out as well! Our Suite #407 was perfect and allowed us ample room for luggage and comfort. The bathroom was so sexy! The location was terrific, especially with the Legende Michelan Star restaurant adjoining which we thoroughly enjoyed!

Hotel front desk staff was always professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

Very comfortable bed with spacious, clean room and bathroom. The building and surrounding area was quaint and interesting.

Everything was lovely and perfect.

Was fun finding out what our pastries were every morning. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk to area attractions.

Breakfast was sufficient considering it is a bagged service.
