Very Comfortable! The staff are nice!

My room was in the second floor and it was very noisy due to downstair's kitchen vent.

早餐均會準備好，掛在房間門口，很方便，每餐還附一張動腦題，很有創意。備有咖啡膠囊，淬取出來咖啡不錯喝。房內備有雨傘可借用。房間乾淨，床也舒適。

Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning. Delightful. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

An adorable hotel. We were able to walk there from our cruise ship. There are a lot of historical sites, shopping, and restaurants in easy walking distance. The staff was very accomodating. Very nice room. Loved the place

We enjoyed the continental breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Great spot within walking distance of all that we wanted to see in Quebec City, though be prepared to walk uphill! The room was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Quebec City.

Polite pleasant staff modern decor

We got a suite. Very roomy. Beds were very comfy. It was quiet. They delivered tasty continental breakfast to our door each morning. It was in the lower part of the city so had to walk up a big hill a couple of times each day. Something to think about if you have limited mobility. Otherwise, it’s a great little workout. When we go back to Quebec City, which is very beautiful and European-esque, we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, we walked 5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes to town. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Beautifully appointed rooms with all the thoughtful extras including minibar and even breakfast served to your door! As well as crescents/pastries, and apples at the door for a quick bite when on the run for sight seeing in this beautiful old city! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Loved the front desk personnel

Great property, excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and proper. The only criticism I would make is the parking. I do understand that they don’t have a parking area, but it would make them extremely desirable and preferable much more than now if they had make an agreement with the parking facility across the street, absorb the fee and offer complimentary parking to the guests. This would give them an amazing competitive advantage and drive the occupancy.
