旧市街から徒歩1時間は遠い

Bien en général. Par contre, une des plus petites chambres que j'ai vu. Déjeuner inclus, mais très de base (toasts et céréales, rien de chaud). Personnel accueillant.

The bathroom tub had pubic hair in it. There was spider web and a spider near the one bed. I think better attention to cleanliness would be helpful.

L'eau de la piscine (principal attrait pour notre famille qui avait accepté de payer un prix nettement trop élevé pour cet hôtel en raison du FEQ était brouillée et sentait le chlore même si elle est censée être au sel. Même l'enfant n'a pas voulu se tremper les orteils alors qu'il faut habituellement se battre avec lui pour qu'il en sorte. La chambre n'était pas très propre. Par contre le staff est super gentil. Et le déjeuner est minimal mais très correct.

Clean Room

Hotel was ok. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom sink was clogged. Called down to the front desk. No one came

Hotel room was outdated and needed a refresh, as some of the cupboards in the suite didn’t even have knobs. The bathroom was also in need of a renovation, with old tiles and a small toilet, very low to the ground. The breakfast was less than average, with minimal choices and no hot items. We had requested an infant crib upon booking and had to rerequest upon arrival. The most disappointing part was that the hotel pool was closed during the majority of our stay without any notice until it was already closed with a sign that it wouldn’t be opened until the next day. It was a planned maintenance matter (painting) and they did not provide any notice to guests that this would be happening so we could plan accordingly. When we told the staff about our disappointment, they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. When we contacted Expedia to voice the issue, the hotel lied to them saying that the pool was only closed for a few hours not a whole day, as was the actual case. They offered no sort of refund, apology or reimbursement for the issue or to compensate for the closure. While we understand issues can arise spontaneously, with a planned closure, the least you can do is advise guests in advance. They had lots of time to post a notice or inform upon checkin. Overall, the hotel itself was fine if you aren’t looking for anything fancy, but don’t expect staff to care about your stay or any issues you report. Will be booking elsewhere next time.

On m a donner de mauvaises informations lors de mon appel et pour la minuscule chambre c était beaucoup trop cher.

Arriver pour déjeuner à 9h30 il reste que des restes plus de café des fruits banane bonnes pour faire un pain au banane tellement elle étaient noire . Machine distributrice vide . Pauvre femmes qui doit faire la vaisselle. Direct dans la salle à manger avec tout les clients avec un lavabo simple . Offrez lui un cabaret roulant pauvre elle et de vrai outil de restauration. Déplu j’ai été facturer pour deux réservation c’est sûr ils on deux numéros de réservation et moi je n’ai reçu qu’un seul . Alors je doit assurer deux réservations sans avoir eu la change dans avoir été informé par courriel Vraiment très Ordinaire

No elevator, sofa bed was terrible to sleep in, construction at the front which is loud. No microwave at the room, ac was terrible

Overall great stay, I loved the staff super helpful and friendly. Downside is there is no elevator, going up the third floor is a pain. Otherwise clean room comfortable bed. Toilet was small but other than that great location.

Rien à redire très bien

1 star in motel category. avoid the place not to let it ruin your trip. The “hotel”/motel stinks when you enter from the parking lot at back. Steep stairs is the only way to come up to reception, stairs only to go to any other floors. No accessible Installation whatsoever. It’s not an honourable business to charge customer who didn’t give credit card info nor authorize the charge. It’s not honourable just ignoring customer’ refund request.

Chambre propre. Bonne literie Petit déjeuner simple. Pas beaucoup de choix. Depuis l'hôtel compter environ 40 minutes à pied pour aller dans le vieux Québec. Plusieurs restaurant à proximité de l'hôtel. A 3 minutes de l'hotel, l'arrêt de bus n° 80 pour l'aéroport. Attention pas de paiement par CB dans le bus.

Bon déjeuner, employés très serviables, excellent service.
