ホテルの写真を見て決めたので、ホテルに着くまでどんなホテルかと不安でしたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。部屋は、とても機能的にできていて感心しました。朝食は、簡単なものですが十分でした。コーヒー・紅茶が、２４時間飲み放題だっのは良かったです。また、無料の駐車場がついているのも便利です。不満な点は、２階へ上がるエレベーターがないこと、バスタブがないことくらいです。全般的に快適に過ごせたので、機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。

Ok place.

There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang went towels and no waste baskets. No coffee machine. No iron board and no iron. Suspisious activities in the parking lot. Many homeless persons asking for money and cigarettes.

L'accueil était très froid, la préposée semblait détester son travail. On nous à mis dans une chambre inférieur et quand je suis retourné à l'accueil ils ont essayé de me faire croire que que j'avais sélectionner la deluxe simple et non pas la deluxe supérieur (distinction qui n'existe pas sur leur site internet). Et lorsque je leur ai fait remarqué ils ont inventé une excuse comme quoi ils venait tout juste de les changer mais que ce n'était pas à jour sur leur site (3 jours plus tard ce n'est toujours pas '' à jour'') Ils ont fini par me donner la chambre que j'avais réservé, sans aucune excuses pour le dérangement. Les chambres ne sont pas très propres non plus. Elle sont tout de même plutôt bien rénové cependant. Si vous voullez une chambre pas chère, que la propreté vous est secondaire et que cela ne vous dérange pas de vous faire arnaquer, c'est l'hotel idéal!

Toilette qui fait du bruit durant 5 minutes après avoir flushé, pas de prise usb dans la chambre et la prise la plus proche du lit était assez loin. Séchoir dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Lavabo se bloquait à rien. Il y a des chambres fumeurs alors ça sentait soir la cigarette, soit le cannabis, sinon l'eau de Javel/chlore.

Prices to high (Queen Elizabeth prices) but cheap motel services. Over rated and prostitution and gang everywhere. Dont go there guys

Clean and nice

Calme et personnels courtois.

not a lot of parking space. the room does not have hooks to hang bath towels and no space to put toiletries. And the air condition is noisy. The best part of our stay was when the receptionist knocked

Friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast, free parking, metro station 5 minutes away, good location, a little bit dark and small room, but it doesn’t matter if you need spend two-three night and walk around

Tout est tres bien

The room was nice and clean, staff was prompt and helpful, and parking was no problem. The hotel is a very easy walking distance to the train, making the rest of the city accessible. The place is nothing fancy, and the wifi service was hardly passable. Would recommend if you're planning to spend almost all of your time out and about and just need a clean+safe place to lay your head.

The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Staff were unresponsive when I attempted to contact the property ahead of time to inform of a late check-in. I left an email and tried calling for 30 minutes straight. Only after leaving negative feedback on Expedia did they mysteriously respond a minute later. On my second night at around 1am I was awoken in a panic as staff unlocked my door and entered my room. Even giving the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake it begs the question what are they doing so late? The walls are thin and the noises from the hallway can be heard clear as day. So after being rudely awoken with the worst invasion of privacy I've ever experienced at a hotel, it was hard to get back to sleep with the staff running up and down the hallways talking on their radios. This place is not cheap either, I spent over $200 a night for an experience I couldn't recommend even if it were free. The quality of the room was serviceable at best, and the hallways smelled of poorly masked cigarette smoke. I would steer far clear.

We stayed a night in late August and absolutely loved it! The room was beautiful, climate controlled & the bathroom was immaculate! Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Everything was great.

There no iron board or iron. The staff was great, the room was wonderful, I would recommend the hotel to all couples that need to get away.
