総合評価とレビュー Hôtel Le Chablis

ホテルの写真を見て決めたので、ホテルに着くまでどんなホテルかと不安でしたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。部屋は、とても機能的にできていて感心しました。朝食は、簡単なものですが十分でした。コーヒー・紅茶が、２４時間飲み放題だっのは良かったです。また、無料の駐車場がついているのも便利です。不満な点は、２階へ上がるエレベーターがないこと、バスタブがないことくらいです。全般的に快適に過ごせたので、機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。

On m'a attribué une chambre tout juste rénovée et elle était impeccable. De un charmant petit déjeuner était inclus. Excellent séjour. Merci beaucoup

Très belle Chambre propre et calme, personnel aimable, avec le stationnement qui est gratuit, tout était parfait.

J’avais aimé y séjourner pour le travail alors j’y reviens avec mon épouse pour aller voir un spectacle en ville et elle est agréablement surprise par la propreté et beauté des chambres, personnel très gentil et aidant! Ne vous fiez pas à certains commentaires négatifs, excellent rapport qualité-prix! Merci aux gens du Chablis Cadillac!

Passé une très belle nuit, très propre et calme, petit-déjeuner le matin style Continental etait servi, très bien aimer. Je recommande.

Arrived at the front desk the first room I was given was not cleaned and there was a strong odour of marijuana. My second room was of but the bed was very uncomfortable and lots of broken things in the room like the toilet paper holder etc. I also had to use Lysol wipes to clean as it wasn't very clean ( counters bed side tables head board)

No room service

Staff were friendly and the snow removal was fantastic. Very close to a metro. However, our non smoking room smelled heavily of smoke upon arrival and the smell did not dissipate. It almost seemed to worsen over the stay. The showers were open to the room (no door) which caused our entire room to become foggy and damp (floors, ceiling, windows, walls). Basic cleaning was done but dust and grime were still present including mystery stains on the tv and hairs on the pillows and in the sheets.

Place was nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and not smelly. The only weird thing I felt was the bathroom didn’t have any vents. I can see that becoming an issue if someone end up having stomach issues.

Terrible there were bed bugs there and it was very hard to get a refund. Do not stay here
