部屋は広かったです。駅までのアクセスは良いですが、中心地までは少し歩きました。事前にメッセージをいただけたり、荷物預けやチェックアウトも早朝対応いただけたのはよかったです。部屋のドアに隙間があり外の音が聞こえやすかったです。大きなハエがいて、衛生面は気になりました。総合的にコスパがいいとは言い切れないと思いました。

バスルームの床が少し砂っぽかったです。 私は、朝食付きで予約をしました。朝食付きで予約をした人は、いくつかのメニューから選べるようになっていました。味はフルーツは甘くなかったのですが、ほかのものはとても美味しかったです。 ホテルの従業員の人は、とても親切に対応してくれました。

I don't understand why this hotel got such a high recommendation. Front desk staff was not friendly. A lot of dust inside the room and bathroom. Some of electric outlet were broken. Fridge was dirty and smelly. Coffee machine was too dirty to use. Beds were old and unbelievably uncomfortable. However, the location is awesome. Very convenient. And the breakfast was very good and restaurant staff was very friendly.

Malgré que l'on a annoncé que la réception était ouverte jusqu'à 23h, il n'y avait plus aucun staff en vue. Encore plus, l'hotel était completement barré de sorte que j'ai du sortir de ma chambre en peignor pour aller ouvrir la porte à mon UberEats. Il y avait apparemment un code pour entrer dans le batiment, mais on me l'a jamais remis. Finalement, l'éclairage de la chambre était lié à toutes les prises de courant, de sorte que soit que je dormais les lumieres ouvertes, soit que mon cell ne chargeait pas durant la nuit. et que je perdais les restants de mon souper pour le lendemain (puisqu'on n'offre pas de dejeuner)(parce que le frigidaire était lié, je le rappelle, aux lumieres!)

La chambre et la salle de bain sont bien aménagées, et surtout elle sont propres. nous avons eu des interactions limitées avec le personnel, mais celui ci était courtois et avenant. Somme toute, une bonne expérience. Nous considérerons cet hotel lors de prochains séjours dans la région.

Great location, friendly staff!

Clean, safe and quiet. Room was very cramped and not well designed for a long stay. It's okay for one night. Excellent location, walking distance from all the nice places in the old city.

Staff was nice, clean and somewhat renovated but one thing that hotel misses on is power plugs. There was no where in the room to charge your phones. Computer etc. I understand the building is old but its 2026. All in all nice hotel.

Isabelle, the concierge was so welcoming and friendly and suggested I upgrade to the superior room with the fireplace which was definitely worth it. The hotel is located very close to Rue de Petit Champlain and access to the upper city so easy to walk around. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and i will definitely stay again the next time i visit Quebec City.

Amazing place to stay!

Nice hotel, well situated near the Via Train station "Gare du palais " We walked from the train station to the hotel. The rooms are very clean everything was spotless. The king bed is really comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only small downside was that I wanted to make myself a tea and there was no kettle in the room. I asked at the reception but the one they had had already been lent to another guest. There is a coffee machine in the room but a kettle would be a nice addition. ( I still got my tea! I went to the gas station across the street to buy a cup od hot water.)

Staff is courteous, got some good dining recommendations. Hôtel is outdated but clean. location is perfect to walking into Old Quebec. Liked the Nespresso shots in the room. No hotel parking. Parking is on the street, a paid parking lot is close by.
