部屋は広かったです。駅までのアクセスは良いですが、中心地までは少し歩きました。事前にメッセージをいただけたり、荷物預けやチェックアウトも早朝対応いただけたのはよかったです。部屋のドアに隙間があり外の音が聞こえやすかったです。大きなハエがいて、衛生面は気になりました。総合的にコスパがいいとは言い切れないと思いました。

バスルームの床が少し砂っぽかったです。 私は、朝食付きで予約をしました。朝食付きで予約をした人は、いくつかのメニューから選べるようになっていました。味はフルーツは甘くなかったのですが、ほかのものはとても美味しかったです。 ホテルの従業員の人は、とても親切に対応してくれました。

I don't understand why this hotel got such a high recommendation. Front desk staff was not friendly. A lot of dust inside the room and bathroom. Some of electric outlet were broken. Fridge was dirty and smelly. Coffee machine was too dirty to use. Beds were old and unbelievably uncomfortable. However, the location is awesome. Very convenient. And the breakfast was very good and restaurant staff was very friendly.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!! We loved our suite.. with fantastic tub and expresso maker and THE most comfortable bed!!! It was the perfect place for us to stay!!!

Magnifique séjour pour participer à la Foire arts actuels du Qc FAAQ. Lit confortable et personnel très gentil. Je recommande cet hôtel situé proche de la gare de train et bus.

The stay was great. I traveled with my sister, we had a room with 2 dbl beds. The room was small, but very clean, and each bed had 4 pillows. The mattresses were newer and very supportive. The shower had a soaking tub. There was a small fridge, excellent for leftovers we ended up with, and a nespresso coffee maker, nice for a.m. and making tea with bags I had brought. It is located in the lower city, so an uphill climb to get to the walled area, but we used Uber, which was always quick. A bonus was our room was in back, overlooking a treed area and the wall. We also dined twice at the onsite restaurant, and there are many others in walking distance. The staff were helpful. I'd Definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful hotel. The room was fabulous and had a quaint feel to it. The room was beautiful and spacious, and was well above what I was expecting for the price!

Excellent hotel and room. Great location for walking to Old Town. Bed was a bit squeaky, but otherwise great. Big problem was the inability to cool the room down. Much too warm. And windows were permanently shut, so we weren’t able to cool it down that way. The heat would probably keep me from staying there again, but my husband wasn’t as affected as I was.

Great location in old Qc that is walking distance to site with paid parking in front for $14 a day! There is a great Scandinavian coffee shop right around the corner.
