部屋は広かったです。駅までのアクセスは良いですが、中心地までは少し歩きました。事前にメッセージをいただけたり、荷物預けやチェックアウトも早朝対応いただけたのはよかったです。部屋のドアに隙間があり外の音が聞こえやすかったです。大きなハエがいて、衛生面は気になりました。総合的にコスパがいいとは言い切れないと思いました。

バスルームの床が少し砂っぽかったです。 私は、朝食付きで予約をしました。朝食付きで予約をした人は、いくつかのメニューから選べるようになっていました。味はフルーツは甘くなかったのですが、ほかのものはとても美味しかったです。 ホテルの従業員の人は、とても親切に対応してくれました。

I don't understand why this hotel got such a high recommendation. Front desk staff was not friendly. A lot of dust inside the room and bathroom. Some of electric outlet were broken. Fridge was dirty and smelly. Coffee machine was too dirty to use. Beds were old and unbelievably uncomfortable. However, the location is awesome. Very convenient. And the breakfast was very good and restaurant staff was very friendly.

The pluses were the location, the relatively reasonable price and the staff. It is a very small room without a view and the curtains could block out more of the summertime early sun. The best part is the location- a short walk (uphill) to most of the sites to see and do.

Great little boutique hotel near everything you wanted to see as a tourist. Enjoyed the walking piece of it. Quebec is a beautiful City. My complaints (maybe not yours) the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Bathroom set up with the toilet/sink and toilet paper made it difficult to do your business. Truly an easy fix overlooked. Staff was amazing and even took my luggage up to my room while I was out exploring.

Good location. Near train station and within walking distance of the upper city. Close, but far enough to be in a relatively quiet area. Room was large and comfortable. Seating for two. No restaurant, no vending machines.

We had a nice room with a big bathroom that had a tub! The staff were friendly and helpful and the property seemed tidy and well taken care of!

Perfect location. Close to the train station, and to old town. Within 20 min from other atractions.

Everyone who worked the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was pretty clean, floor not too clean. Had to wait til late afternoon for room to be cleaned, which was frustrating. One tile on bathroom floor was raised higher than others, so kinda dangerous to walk across.

Street parking, some shops nearby but not many restaurants.

Great location walking distance to the train and the cruise port

We did not have a car. Shops nearby were great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for sightseeing in the city.

Located close to old city, restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking available across street at reasonable rate.

The best thing about Hotel Le Saint Paul is the friendliness of the staff. While the hotel does not have amenities, it is very close to every thing you only a few minutes walk to the old part of the city
