部屋は広かったです。駅までのアクセスは良いですが、中心地までは少し歩きました。事前にメッセージをいただけたり、荷物預けやチェックアウトも早朝対応いただけたのはよかったです。部屋のドアに隙間があり外の音が聞こえやすかったです。大きなハエがいて、衛生面は気になりました。総合的にコスパがいいとは言い切れないと思いました。

バスルームの床が少し砂っぽかったです。 私は、朝食付きで予約をしました。朝食付きで予約をした人は、いくつかのメニューから選べるようになっていました。味はフルーツは甘くなかったのですが、ほかのものはとても美味しかったです。 ホテルの従業員の人は、とても親切に対応してくれました。

I don't understand why this hotel got such a high recommendation. Front desk staff was not friendly. A lot of dust inside the room and bathroom. Some of electric outlet were broken. Fridge was dirty and smelly. Coffee machine was too dirty to use. Beds were old and unbelievably uncomfortable. However, the location is awesome. Very convenient. And the breakfast was very good and restaurant staff was very friendly.

Amazing place to stay!

Nice hotel, well situated near the Via Train station "Gare du palais " We walked from the train station to the hotel. The rooms are very clean everything was spotless. The king bed is really comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only small downside was that I wanted to make myself a tea and there was no kettle in the room. I asked at the reception but the one they had had already been lent to another guest. There is a coffee machine in the room but a kettle would be a nice addition. ( I still got my tea! I went to the gas station across the street to buy a cup od hot water.)

Staff is courteous, got some good dining recommendations. Hôtel is outdated but clean. location is perfect to walking into Old Quebec. Liked the Nespresso shots in the room. No hotel parking. Parking is on the street, a paid parking lot is close by.

Este hotel es pequeño pero muy limpio y acogedor , el personal de la recepción muy amable , limpiaban a diario , hay cafetera de cápsulas en la habitación, el centro histórico queda a 8 min caminando y varias atracciones cerca .Muy complacida con este hotel . Recomendación poner botellas de agua en las habitaciones

Clean room, very helpful staff, short walk to many things. Bonus, gas station across the street for room drinks and to fuel up before leaving town.
