Enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is clean, beds were very comfortable and staff are friendly and accommodating. Also enjoyed the outside pool during the hot days.The roads in Montreal are not great so be careful when driving.

Hôtel correct, les employés sont courtois, l'endroit est tranquille. La propreté laisse un peu à désirer, les oreillers avaient une odeur d'humidité, la chambre était très humide. La salle de bain n'était pas 100% propre. Il n'y avait pas de savon dans les distributeurs et l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas à pleine capacité.

The toilet bowl needs to increase water level in the room. The elevator doesn't come even with some of the floors. With the cart it was difficult. The timer need to be lengthened.
The room was nice. Different kind of decor then we are used to. Convenient location.The soap dispenser needs to be closer to the sink.We were not aware that some of the amenities were not available as advertised.
Upon checking out. I was not asked if I wanted a receipt for our stay. The person behind the desk did not thank us for our stay nor did he wish us well upon leaving. Perhaps he could use some hospitality training.

Fantastic hotel that was close to lots of dining and shops. The hotel is easy to get to, and the free self-parking was great. The staff at the front counter were super nice and we had no issues with the room. The only thing that didn't seem to work well was the coffee maker, but for us, it was no big deal. The pool, although we didn't use it, looked like a clean space and there were many people around the area who looked to be having a great time. I would definitely stay there again.
