Ruby foos is an iconic institution in Montreal the staff is friendly the rooms are clean and the amenities are great being that it is an old respectable institution in Montreal they are still doing restaurations to the property but I have full confidence that the administration is working diligently to restore the hotel to it's former glory

Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close. You can go everywhere without a car. There is shopping mall nearby too ( walking distance about 16 mionutes.) Overall it is very nice. I will come again when I go to Montreal next time. Highly recommended !

NO breakfast included like written. The distributors in the bathroom and RUST on them... there was scratches on the paint and that was EVERYWHERE.
Oh !! And lets not forget about the 200$ security deposit that was a complete surprise

Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. The rooms were all right. There were stains on the bed sheets. The gym was actually decent, but the Sauna and Steam Room were barely functional and not able to get hot enough to actually be useful. The best part about the hotel was that parking was free.

Very comfortable beds, blackout screen for sleeping is great. Housekeeping has to improve in both rooms and hallways.
Dirty glasses and towels were left in the room and no vacuuming or dusting was done.
The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful
