Got one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was great. This hotel is the best value in the Montreal core - great rates, nice rooms, free parking and convenient location next to metro station.

Decent hotel, very close to the metro station. No restaurant or bar currently.

Hitel from mid 70's all is very old. No breakfast, refurbisment works.

It’s at a convenient location not too deep in downtown Montreal but still close by. Property and room is clean

The bathtub did not drain during showering, so standing in dirty water basically, yuck!! AC fan very loud! Dirty coffee cup Beds very soft (too soft for me)

Amazing service in both English and French, unique interiors and helpful staff. There is a synthetic ice rink that we didn't have time to take advantage of, as well as a sauna and gym. 3 Minutes walk from station Namur. Our room had a kitchenette, nearby grocery stores made it easy to make use of it.

No security provided for overnight parking at free outdoor lot. Montreal is one of the leading cities for car theft.

Really nice, stayed for the F1 weekend, Namur station is super close so easy to get on and off 20mins from crescent street 40mins from the track station and they had a pamphlet they printed off for the race and gave us when we checked in

My go to place when I go to Montreal.

The room was somewhat clean, with some stains in the bathroom. I did notice a crack in the ceiling and some paint peeling on the ceiling and on the bathroom door. The room could benefit from a little update to the decorations, upholstery and carpet as well. The window system was also a bit weird with minimal natural light coming through. The bed was very comfortable and the access to a heated salt pool in a private courtyard was a great addition. Parking was easy to get in and out of and the check-in and check-out went super smoothly.
