Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close. You can go everywhere without a car. There is shopping mall nearby too ( walking distance about 16 mionutes.) Overall it is very nice. I will come again when I go to Montreal next time. Highly recommended !

Service was great. Room a bit old. Shampoo shower gel everything is empty there.

I stay here several times a year, I have been coming here on my travels to Montreal for over 40 years. Always ask for the upgraded room in the newer wing, you won't be disappointed.

I recently stayed in a room for two nights. Not a tower room. These rooms felt more like an extended stay motel type stay rather than a stay at Ruby Foos. The tower rooms are much nicer. There was no conditioner in the shower container, the hallways were very loud well into the night, the small elevator had a very unpleasant smell. The room and bed was very clean and comfortable. The washroom was worn and needs maintenance and a deep clean. Parking has always felt safe. Very close to amenities and the Metro. I will only ask for the tower rooms going forward.

La chambre est propre. Mais manque de commodité. J'ai payé pour avoir un micro-onde , en plus d'avoir attendu presqu'une heure pour le recevoir (apres des appels) et un passage à la réception (qui a ignoré ma demande juste après). C'est pas l'idéal pour un voyage avec des enfants!

This was a great hotel. A 5 min walk to the Metro (Orange line) which takes you right downtown Montreal. There’s a Walmart, Tim Hortons, Ardenes outlet, gas stations, and much more all within 2-10 mins away. Staff was awesome, beds were very comfortable. I brought my own pillow so can’t comment on that, husband said they were great. The only complaint was the 2 mile walk through the hotel to my room haha. You’ll get your steps in for sure.

There's a grocery store that sells a wide variety of food and alcoholic beverages within a few minutes' walk, which was very helpful for my work trip. The staff were all nice and accommodating, but the room could use serious maintenance, as there were some broken items in it. I'm not sure why my credit card still shows a pending deposit after almost two weeks of staying there, but we'll see, I guess.

The room was clean, the staff were amazing during both checkin and checkout the only downside is the shower a bit outdated

Second stay at Ruby's...once again it felt like my home away from home. Located in the middle of everything, very convenient....definitely will be back a third time. Until Next time. Cheers!!!
