It's a nice hotel and good service. Some stores are walkable. The rooms were clean. I liked the hotel 👍

Very clean hotel and new i would stay here again!

The environment was positive

Non friendly and non accommodating staff. Everyone says they are the manager. They have no empathy for unexpected events and will not work with you to remediate the issue or alternative options.

It appears like the hotel is coasting along until it is demoloished with minimal effort and money for maintenance and cleaning.

Great location and value. Unique decor/theme, not what you typically see so that makes it interesting. A bit disappointed there is no longer a restaurant (they told me it's being renovated but it just looked disused). Pretty good for families with kids too.

Nice hotel, well maintained and decorated. Lady at Front desk staff at check in needs some improvement at offering a warm and helpful welcoming.

Comfortable stay. Spacious room. Good value if you book early and get a good rate. Lots of free parking and conveniently located near highway.

Nice hotel.

Dirty dirty dirty pubes everywhere huge yellow stains on my sheets thick dust everywhere... I had take the time to tell staff I was having surgery and to clean the room. Came back to what looked like a huge pee stain on my sheet... We did get promissed a full refund but today they arent honouring their word 😐 I work hospitality and the standards here dont exist... If you like clean dont go here

Descent hotel. The lobby was nice, seemed newly renovated, but my room was a bit dated and needed some repairs. The location was great (walking distance to the Namur station) and there was free parking. Close to the airport.

The hotel is close to the metro station, about a 5 min walk. There are some nice restaurants within a 3 min walk of the hotel. The staff were friendly, any requests were answered or taken of promptly. The hotel and our room were clean. Parking is available on-site and free, which is a bonus, cause most other places charge extra to park your vehicle off-site, or parking is not available. This was my second time staying at Ruby Foo's and it won't be the last.

We love this hotel because of the affordability and free parking. As well, it’s so conveniently located.

Good place to stay

The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. In spite of being located on a very busy boulevard the hotel is quiet and there is plenty of parking available on site. It is a short walk to the metro and there are lots of stores and a wide variety of fast food, as well as dine-options nearby. I look forward to staying there in the future, when renovations have been completed and more amenities are available on-site. If there were any renovations going on during my stay, I didn't notice. My room was near the elevator, which makes a squeaky, grinding noise, which you didn't notice until late at night, but it was not loud or enough to impede or disturb my sleep.
