Stuff are not friendly. There was an LGBTQ flag and lighting going on. We prefer the place we stay at to be neutral and welcoming without imposing. Breakfast was terrible for the price. We ordered steak but received handful meet but filled up with tomatoes and onions…overall, as a loyal Hyatt customers, we were not happy.

I had a great stay at this Hyatt. The room was quiet and had lots of options for room service if you want to stay in. It’s also next to very walkable shops and restaurants and theaters. It’s near the trolly/train for transportation. It is going to cost you more to park, if you arrive by car. Great place. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Calgary.

This property was immaculate clean, quiet at night, decorated beautifully and the staff were amazing! We loved this hotel but it’s out of our regular accommodations budget so unless there’s a specific reason we probably won’t have the privilege of staying here again😔

The Hotel and Staff were fantastic. We were there for the Easter Brunch Buffett. It was great.

We arrived just after 2pm, check-in said 3, but our room was ready to go, so she passed us the keys early. Appreciated!! Room was super clean, and we had the best housekeeping lady!!! The hot tub was super nice!

Very clean nice hotel

Convenient location. Lot of dining options close by. The rainfall shower and heated floors in the bathroom were very nice. Good and bad is that it’s right beside C-train station. Easy access but lots of homeless lingering around first thing in the morning on a quiet Sunday. We were quite disappointed the Hotel parkade was full. Especially since the weather wasn’t very nice out. We had to park at an adjacent parkade.

The staff is amazing and helpful! Rooms and common areas are kept clean. The spa is equipped to help you forget and remove all stress from life and the staff will make sure you're relaxed and treated like gold!

Was such a lovely place! Needs more microwaves and a bit bigger fridge would have been nice.

Great location, heart of downtown Calgary. The city needs to help with the homeless.

Easy to stay and excellent location

There was no parking. Parked was full. Had to walk to find another parkade to park in and it was expensive. There should be automatic spots reserved for people staying in the hotel if needed. Otherwise great.

Definitely not worth the hype of the name. Restaurant staff were clueless. Had to exit hotel to enter restaurant. Steak and eggs were essential stew meat on deep fried potatoes-not a steak! Wasn't asked how I wanted my eggs. I was also seated in such a way that the industrial spotlight being used for the construction was in my eyes. Next morning, staff argued with me about getting a low seating table (I have bad knees). The hostess had to "check" if I could have a low table and then proceeded to seat me as far from the buffet as possible. When I was asked about a drink, I replied "Nothing thanks." The server then proceeded to list the drink options...what part of nothing did you not understand? Took over 6 minutes to get my bill...can't say I would recommend or ever stay again. Why have a spa if you can't book customers? Makes little sense.

Everything was excellent, my husband feels they should put a coffee bar in the lobby for more options for early risers, but overall everything was outstanding
