Ideal place for downtown visitors

Excellent stay

The spa was amazing! The location was perfect, lots to do within walking distance. Room was clean and very comfortable. Service was amazing. Polite, welcoming, efficient, accommodating…can’t say enough about how great the stay was. We have already booked our next stay!

We had a great time there.

Overall, good sightseeing locations nearby with many amenities in the clean rooms. However, due to road work in front of Hyatt Regency Calgary, it’s confusing for friends who do not frequent the hotel to know how to drive into the entrance. A rooftop bar opposite the hotel broadcasts loud music. Fortunately, music ends early at night.

Pool on the 18th floor was cool. Wish it was bigger and deeper, but no real complaints on it. Very clean and organized place, staff were lovely and will stay again in future.

Great location and enjoyed the underground parking. Didn’t see valet parking when we arrived at 3pm so opted for self park. Front desk staff wasn’t welcoming. Felt more of an inconvenience rather than a welcomed guest at the hotel. Pool was murky and cloudy. Wasn’t what I would’ve expected for a Hyatt but hot tub and sauna was nice. Gym has everything you need for a great workout minus the treadmills. They have seen better days. Time to replace the running belt. We stayed only one night on a Saturday and they had an outdoor bar across the street (Bleu club) playing music till wee hours in the morning. Bed was comparable to sleep in but the pillows were quite hard. When checking out, Candace was at the front desk and didn’t once ask how our stay was. Thought that was unusual for front desk. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again. Would go back to the Westin or Eau Claire Sheraton.

Bass from bar across street all night and outdoor dj with mic . No option to log into Netflix on tv ; have to pay to relax and watch a movie . $40 to park at hotel vs free parking everywhere else . Just not worth it . They also found it weird I booked through Expedia and i felt like it was frowned at . Best of luck to everyone tho .

Great room. Great all around. Except the street facing room we had faced an open air club across the street. Heavy beats went on until 1am making it hard to sleep. Providing earplugs would’ve been great.
