This hotel has gone down hill. The couch and chair in the room were dirty with multiple stains on them. The breakfast was cold and not good at all. No more containers of yogurt just a big fishbowl of it with a soup ladle

Room showed its age a bit but it was great, I would stay there again for sure. Good staff, quiet rooms, good breakfast, instant really hot water, I just wish I had time to get down to the pool because it looked really nice.

We were given like no towels. 2 bath towels and 2 face cloths. Our chrome cast on tv wasn’t working. Asked everyday and kept being told someone would come fix it. No one did. The breakfast is very limited selections. And not good. Orange juice watered down. Coffee gross. Bread stale. The hotel restaurant on site is disgusting. The wings were burnt and the nachos had like 4 piece of dry ground beef on them. Only good thing about this hotel is the price.

Terrible…breakfast is Luke warm items/paperplates. Chromecast was not working for full three day stay even though they said service company was called. No online room service menu and taco plate was so basic we should not have ordered it. No bathrobes in room to access pool/sauna in. No response from hotel when I sent a message through the hotels.com access after receiving booking reservation. Will not be staying here again.

Poor service

Price was good. Room was very nice, staff were friendly, I will say the pool only being 3 feet is a little weird felt more like a kiddie pool. But overall nice place will stay again

Very poor experience at this hotel. When we got to our room we tried to use the shower. This was an accessible room and the floor of the shower was just a continuation of the rest of the bathroom floor with no barrier. The drain was not working properly. When the shower was turned on the water began to pool on the floor. Within minutes the water had reached the toilet. If we had left the shower on for longer it would have flooded the whole bathroom and moved into the carpeted area. We called the front desk and they told us they would send someone… no one came. We were unable to shower that night. Next day we stopped at the front desk after breakfast (which by the way is nothing like the pictures of eggs Benedict and omelettes you see in the lobby and on the website). We asked for another room. They told us nothing was available. We wanted to check out early but They told us they would send someone to fix the drain. Someone came and looked at the drain. He said he needed a part to fix and would come back. We waited and waited and waited. No one came. By 5 pm we concluded he was probably not coming back. We were still unable to shower so we left the hotel early. We were not the only ones with issues at this hotel. 2 of the 3 times I was at the front desk someone was asking to be moved to another room or asking the for something to be fixed… the other time there wasn’t anyone but me at the front desk

The Hotel was ok…the overnight wake we got by a BIG LOUD BARKING DOG at 3:00AM Was roaming the halls for at least 30 min was not acceptable!! The Manager in the AM didn’t really have much to say at all!! Not ok!! Myself and several others agree!!!

Nice amenities will stay again

Would have gave 5 stars all around except for our bathroom sink faucet was broke. Great hotel and great service.
