The breakfast was nice just a shame the waffle makers were not working. They had apples and cookies available at the front desk which was a nice touch.

Room bedding was gross.

Fix the elevator!

The staff! Front desk was fantastic, she really stood out. She was delightful, and it really left an impression. The staff member in the breakfast buffet was polite, made meaningful conversation, and was quick to help or make suggestions. The room was clean, and spacious. My only conplaint was the toiletries were terrible! I would normally bring my own but forgot in this trip, and had to use the shapoo, conditioner and body wash... it was terrible.we would definitely stay at that location again, just remember the toilitries!

Room was okay- nice bathroom upgrades. Hotel staff accepted our request for a later checkout when we checked in, but it wasn't communicated to the morning staff who called and asked us to vacate the room at the usual time. I would not have booked here had I known the hottub and steam room were out of aervice

From the moment we walked through the doors, the service was exceptional. Every employee we encountered was kind, attentive, and welcoming. Check-in was quick and seamless, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The complimentary breakfast was delightful and a wonderful start to the day. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

Gym not open at 7 am

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast satisfactory. The pool facilities disappointed (steam and dry sauna out of order, no jets in the hot (warm) tub).

The room was in good condition although I feel when they know there is a family of 5 checking in, it would be better to give more plates and cups in the room. Breakfast and pool area was good. Breakfast staff Sara was professional and kind. The food was a normal breakfast. Eggs, sausage/ham, fruits , bread, pancake, waffles, tea, coffee, beans, milk etc. I didn't feel welcomed at the gym section. The gym is not run by the hotel. It is another company that is running the gym. Also I feel there was too many equipments in a small space, I couldn't find a proper place to stretch. Also would be nice if they have gym mats. Apart from this, I still managed to use some equipments and the threamill. The gym is clean. You have to sign in daily to use the gym. You don't get hotel wifi throughout the gym because it is week. On day 2 of our visit one of the elevator was stuck and I couldn't figure out where the staircase was. There was two staff at front desk of the hotel on Dec 31 at 4 p.m. One staff was very friendly. The other staff who checked us in had trouble smiling and was not so welcoming. I felt uncomfortable asking her questions during my stay. Also the Sierra room which had the table tennis and air hockey was missing some items. There should be a better way to manage this room and its amenities. We finally ended up buying our own racket from Walmart and played there. Overall we might come again, but maybe during summer so we can roam around or go for outdoor walks.

The room on 4th floor with queen bed and two singles was sparse to say the least. Room for 4 that has 2 spoons and 2 forks. Second room is two single beds squeezed in there with one dresser. The heat air flow to the second room is direct which with the door closed makes it very hot for the kids. Few other maintenance issues that are wear and tear.

This was our second stay in Red Deer and we returned to this hotel as our first stay was excellent. Room was spotless, beds were comfortable and front desk staff so friendly and helpful...will definitely stay again

Never had the breakfast but I liked how freindly the staff are and how nice the hotel is
