Friendly staff and indoor Pool was great

The room we were going to stay in was very humid upon entry (queen suite). When we moved the curtain there was extensive mold coming through the walls. We tried to see if they had another room of the same type, but they didn’t. They refunded all of the cost that the stay would’ve been and we left for another hotel up in Sudbury instead.

Breakfast

The property is old and tired. The outdoor pool was closed. Mini golf was in poor condition. Included continental breakfast was terrible. Very little left when we went at 9 am. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. With a little investment could be great.

Room was clean and cool bed was comfy with close access to ATV trails on site restaurant was great with friendly staff and good food, however a large group of construction workers were also staying at the resort and they left empty beer cans and broken lawn chairs laying around which isn't a good look for the resort, but we understand business is business.

Shower didn’t work, room not clean, outdoor pool too dirty to use.

We were there for an ATV trip. There is access to the sequin trail right from the hotel. The rooms were clean and there was lots of parking. The continental breakfast was good.

All the staffs in the resort are super friendly and helpful. They have ATV Rentals in the property. We loved the indoor pool❤️

I booked this hotel for a getaway for my son and I specifically because it advertised as having an outdoor pool and the weather was beautiful. Upon arrival, I was incredibly disappointed to find out the pool was closed. To make matters worse, each person at the front desk had a different excuse (the pump was broken, they were waiting on an inspection, it was my fault for not asking if they had an outdoor pool and my favourite "its a seasonal pool and July isnt the season we open the pool"). I had called prior to leaving to inquire if they had towel service at the pool and nothing was mentioned about it being closed. I requested to speak with the owner several times for compensation and had no response. Misleading guests with amenities that don't exist is deceptive. The hotel had a nice property but it was clear that the property was not maintained. The mini golf had not been cleaned in years and the hallways and rooms were not clean. We had to change rooms to the upper floor due to bugs. Speaking with several other guests outside in the courtyard, we had all felt misled. The website should have been updated regarding the pool as the water was so dirty and yellow you could tell it had been closed for a very long time. Its also beside rhe kods play area and full of mosquitos due to the stagnant water. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Staff was friendly. Pool was not even open for season and not advertised as closed. Water is on well service so smelt like sulphur and had a brown tinge to it. Not worth the cost of the nightly rate.
