Staff was great

I got stuck in their driveway because they didn’t plow. Had to pay $130 for a tow to say I would be reimbursed due to me being stuck was their fault. Never received a refund and almost missed a whole day of work. Don’t stay here if you want a great stay. That stay costed me almost double after plow fines

Overall great stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly. Definitely would stay again

Everything was great except the lack of property management. There was freezing rain which accumulated very bad ice which had very little salt put down once. It was extremely dangerous and caused a fall & shoulder injury when i slipped. I had to leave at 5am due to slip and fall, even though check out was not due intil 11 am

Rooms are clean, outdated but nice. The resturant- the apps were delicious The bar- no drink menu, bartender very new didnt know how to make any mix drinks

Staff was friendly and the room was clean for an older resort. The courtesy water bottles in the room had already been open, which is weird, so we dumped those out. The restaurant was good overall, they forgot a couple of the requests we asked for, like a glass of ice etc. They didn't have any white wine, which again is weird. I think the place is under new owners, or some of the staff is new and still learning. We did play squash, there are 3 courts, but 2 of them are being used to store stuff. The front wall is painted dark red, makes it hard to track your ball, it really should be painted white like the sides.

The food was excellent, the bar stocked with AMAZING rum selections. Friendly service from the front desk to the bar and restaurant. Love that we had a pool, sauna, bar, restaurant and gym at our disposal.

Very clean, lots of room and great amenities. Would be better if ice machine was in the same building

A good place to stay

Noisy. Loud music late at night. Bright lights outside all night lit up the room.

The room’s toilet was leaking, the mini fridge humming was loud. The pool was not clean. No hot tub (permanently closed).

Food at the restaurant is amazing, the area is gorgeous, the staff are happy and helpful, the property is so well maintained and fun for family’s.

The food was great in the restaurant, staff was very helpful, bed was comfortable. Would be happy to come back. atv rentals seemed like a great option hope to check that out next time.

Nothing fancy but does the trick! Staff were friendly.

Didnt have sounds on my tv for the whole weekend which was pretty upsetting..front desk staff looked into an still nothing..luckily i was here for atv trip an had friends there with sound..but end of the night every night was a upset

I much enjoyed my weekend spent here, even though winter arrived suddenly overnight on Monday morning with a blanket of snow. I look forward to staying here again some time in the future.

The room was clean, the places was really nice and the staff was really friendly.

Staff are friendly efficient rooms a little worn but quiet and spacious. Breakfast wasn’t worth eating
