部屋はとても清潔でしたが、備え付けの小さなボディローションのミニボトルの蓋が開いていて、誰かが使った痕跡が残っていました 一泊の宿泊だったため、交換は頼みませんでしたが、なんとなく気持ち悪いものでした セントラル駅や中華街へは徒歩圏にあり、とても便利です

Nice pools and sauna.

Pool was great, breakfast buffet was delicious and rooms were clean. Great stay!

It was a great experience: great room, great staff, great amenities. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this extremely well located hotel. The only comment I will say is that we were 4 people and we only had one set of towels for 3 people and I had to reconnect the lamp and TV cord.

La chambre n’était pas à la hauteur de ce que nous pourrions nous attendre. La douche était sale, la douillette était taché, le système de divertissement ne fonctionnait pas et le chauffage de la chambre était inadéquat. Il n’y avait pas de débarbouillettes de disponible, les mouchoir et le gel douche était vide. Une très mauvais expérience. Pour le prix payer, le service n’était pas à la hauteur du tout. Très déçu.

At arrival, the gentleman checking us in was curt and unwelcoming. We had to have bedsheets changed as they appeared to have either wine stains or a blood stain on them.

Very clean, friendly staff

I had a terrific stay here with my family over the Christmas holidays. Every aspect of my stay was great, and I highly recommend this hotel to families as well. We had lunch when we arrived, and our room was ready before check-in. Late at night, we ordered a feast from room service, and it came sooner than expected. It was so special as it was the first time my kids had room service. The staff were great, and we spent a lot of time in the pool. I would stay here again just for the hot tub. The kids loved the gym and loved getting to try the equipment and work out as a family. The Westin is in a perfect location, central to attractions like the Basilica. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, with a great selection. The staff were prompt to refill my coffee cup. We ate at the restaurant three times and enjoyed every bite. The poutine and club sandwich are incredible. The Westin offers a lot for the price point, and I can't wait to return for our next visit!

Easy check in/out

Pros: location Cons: room was not fully cleaned when we arrived. Shower head was not working properly and was leaking everywhere. Mini fridge was not working properly. All in all, this location got worse over the years. And the price they're charging is not justified at this point. Will take my business to the Fairmont or some other similar place next time.
