Almost good!

Parking fee is expensive.

立地条件は駅も近く、スーパーのIGAも徒歩圏内で便利です。客室は壁紙がはがれていたりしていますが、夜休むだけの目的であれば十分です。 ただ、今回朝食付きプランを予約しましたが、内容はよくありません。初日はソーセージなどがありましたが、２日目からはパンとシリアルだけの朝食でした。高い追加料金を払うくらいなら、外で食べたほうが金額的にも内容的にも満足できるかと思います。

Never stay here! 1. Unreadiness. We checked in at 4pm and our room was not ready. The guy at the front desk asked us to show our IDs to see which room we were supposed to stay in. Then, to my surprise, he started texting the housekeeper asking if the room was ready. A short time later he informed the guest that the room had not yet been cleared. 2. Poor security. Most guests arrived before check-in time and were told to leave their luggage. However, there were no tags to put on their luggage and no keys for the storage room. One gentleman complained that what if it was stolen, but the man at the front desk kept saying that such a thing had never happened before. 3. Lazy staff. One front desk lady was smoking outside until she noticed a long queue of people waiting. 4. Mistake after mistake. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, we were asked to show tickets. However, we did not receive tickets when we checked in. The next guests were exactly in the same situation. Unfortunately, some of them had to leave, probably because they could not complain in English or French about the mistake of the front desk staff. 5. Not enough staff. I was surprised to find that the person collecting breakfast tickets at the restaurant and housekeeping were the same person. They just want to make money. They must hire more staffs!

The location is good because Berri UQAM station is really close.

The hotel has a central heating system, and there is no heating control in the rooms. On the first night, the room was extremely hot. We called the front desk, but they told us someone would only be able to check it the next morning. We tried opening the window to cool the room down, but the outside noise was extremely loud. The next night it felt like there was no heating at all, so the temperature was very inconsistent. Another issue was during breakfast: the reception carpet was vacuumed every morning while guests were eating. The noise was very loud—it felt like having breakfast next to an airplane turbine.

The room was comfortable with all the amenities one would need and expect (soap, USB socket, WiFi, TV). The location is really good with Berri UQAM very close and many restaurants and cafes nearby - I booked here for proximity to the Village. Staff made check-in and -out easy. Generally everything is very clean, although the lampshades seemed dirty (probably a function of the old furnishings in the room).

Évitez cet hôtel. La nuitée est à très faible coût mais c'est vraiment ce que ça vaut. Ce n'est pas un hôtel 3 étoiles. Mis à part l'entrée qu'ils mettent de l’avant dans leurs photos, tout ce qu'il y a aux étages supérieurs est vieux et en grand besoin de remplacement. L'ascenseur semblait à peine fonctionner. Dans mon cas, le drain de la douche était également bloqué, ce qui témoigne peut-être d'un mauvais nettoyage. Le petit déjeuner continental était terrible. J'ai déjà vu de meilleurs petit déjeuners dans des hôtels 2 étoiles. Il y avait des céréales, des croissants froids, des crêpes type pancake et quelques fruits. À part le lait, aucune protéine en vue. Le service à la clientèle était très mauvais. J'ai appelé le jour de ma réservation en matinée pour un renseignement et on se presse de me répondre vaguement pour ensuite me raccrocher au nez. Le lendemain matin, la réceptionniste fait un appel personnel dans une autre langue à la vue des clients. Elle semble un peu irritée de devoir interrompre son appel pour me répondre. Également, le soir de mon arrivée, on m'informe qu'il y aurait un dépôt de sécurité de 250$ qui ne serait remboursé que dans quelques jours, dont je n'étais pas au courant.

The hotel staff needs to be trained as some have an attitude problem. The one who did my check out the day I left was amazing. I was turned off when told that it would be $5 to bring a breakfast upstairs to my room, even though it was a cold breakfast. Oh but you could bring coffee, that's not a problem lol! I'm not

O quarto é bem simples, inclusive encontrei um bicho no primeiro dia. Os elevadores muito ruins. Café da manhã básico

My booking was not founded in hotel system I was obliged to make an other reservation through hotel system

Es un hotel en remodelación. La mitad es muy moderno. Las habitaciones están bien y funcionales, tiene accesorios anticuados pero por el precio está muy bien. Súper bien ibicado y hay un sushi cerca muyyyyy recomendado

Hotel is okay for the price. Staff are great. Room service was attentive. Hotel asks for a $250 hold on a credit card and charges about $30 a night for on-site parking, so prepare for that. The hold is way too high for a hotel that isn’t luxurious at all. The parking lot around the block off Saint-Hubert is a better deal for multi-day stays. Bathroom was a little awkward and had no fan. Entrance way is dark and lacks sufficient lighting. TVs are outdated. No fridge. Pillows are a bit uncomfortable.

Proximity/Location of hotel to transportation- Metro & Bus terminal.

Clean room

We only stayed for one night for a very reasonable rate. As such, we were satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and check in was easy (note that a damage deposit is required). We did not park at the hotel, although there is limited paid parking available. Breakfast was included, consisting of pancakes, cereal, croissants etc.

The hotel and all the accommodations were awful. Thermostat wasn’t working, blankets had stains, the phone didn’t work, the tv only had like 2 channels, the bar was closed on a Saturday night which was also Valentine’s Day. Never again will I go there
