Parking fee is expensive.

立地条件は駅も近く、スーパーのIGAも徒歩圏内で便利です。客室は壁紙がはがれていたりしていますが、夜休むだけの目的であれば十分です。 ただ、今回朝食付きプランを予約しましたが、内容はよくありません。初日はソーセージなどがありましたが、２日目からはパンとシリアルだけの朝食でした。高い追加料金を払うくらいなら、外で食べたほうが金額的にも内容的にも満足できるかと思います。

Never stay here! 1. Unreadiness. We checked in at 4pm and our room was not ready. The guy at the front desk asked us to show our IDs to see which room we were supposed to stay in. Then, to my surprise, he started texting the housekeeper asking if the room was ready. A short time later he informed the guest that the room had not yet been cleared. 2. Poor security. Most guests arrived before check-in time and were told to leave their luggage. However, there were no tags to put on their luggage and no keys for the storage room. One gentleman complained that what if it was stolen, but the man at the front desk kept saying that such a thing had never happened before. 3. Lazy staff. One front desk lady was smoking outside until she noticed a long queue of people waiting. 4. Mistake after mistake. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, we were asked to show tickets. However, we did not receive tickets when we checked in. The next guests were exactly in the same situation. Unfortunately, some of them had to leave, probably because they could not complain in English or French about the mistake of the front desk staff. 5. Not enough staff. I was surprised to find that the person collecting breakfast tickets at the restaurant and housekeeping were the same person. They just want to make money. They must hire more staffs!

I was very happy with my stay from May 25 to May 28. We came all the way from Toronto. Staff was so nice. They were able to accommodate us to get our room at 2:30 just because we came from Toronto. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s walking distance to all the main attractions.

Room was in a great location for access to Montreal Grand Prix. No restaurant or bar on site. Parking was secure and on-site. Friendly staff… would stay again if back in Montreal.

The location is good. This property is so poorly maintained. It must have been a beautiful hotel at some point, but this management has decided not to invest on the property at all. The sheets are so cheap and worn so much. The comforters were stained and ripped. The TV remote didn't work. They didn't even come to clean the room. The cleanliness was pretty good. That is the only good thing. The continental breakfast menu was pretty good but the place is so run down, they never have enough utensils. The breakfast worker were helpful. I would not recommend thsi place.

When first checking in the lady was kind. The lobby was nice and updated but when we got to our room we were taken back to the 70s but not in a cute way. The walls had holes and falling apart wallpaper, the lamp was stained dirty, rust on the roof, spider nests in the window, fan didnt work in the bathroom, the bed was literally from the 70s with the floral old pattern and very well used that it was extremely lumpy. The 2nd night the AC broke and the room went to 25.5, asked them to fix it and was told "We dont put AC on in May because it could get cold next week. We wait until June." We did not get a good sleep due to this. Next day they probably had multiple complaints and the AC was fixed again. They provided me a new bed sheet to change the bedding myself since we found a giant spider in it, but they were unfazed over the cleanliness of their rooms. The location to walk to Old Port and Old Montreal was great, it took us no time at all. Breakfast was not good, only protein was hard boiled eggs and they only would make a few at a time. Staff guarded the doors so you cannot take food to your room and we're quite rude to people who wanted to take a croissant back. I asked about the coffee since there were 2 pots and wanted to know if one was decaf, the worker was very rude and she said its coffee and walked away. The gym is very minimal. 100% would not stay here again.

The TV remote in the room did not work, neither did the telephone to reach the reception. Along with that, the “clean” towels already had hair in them which was genuinely gross. Horrible experience, definitely would not go there again.

This hotel is good for the price. It's in a good location. We didn't use their parking lot because we have a Ram pickup truck that wouldn't fit in their lot. But we found parking down the street for less. We found the room small for a family of 4, but okay for sleeping. The elevator is a little sketchy. If you're claustrophobic like me, I recommend using the stairs.

The staff behavior was not good, especially during breakfast service. Also, the hotel facilities were very old and outdated. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

This is my review I posted on Google: Ultimately, this hotel was very gross. Curtains haven’t been washed in who knows how long, lamp shades were dirty, and the sheets and the floors haven’t been cleaned either. Additionally, there was no circulation in the room whatsoever. It became so humid that the windows fogged up and water dripped from them. We had asked for a fan to fix the issue, but were never given one or even told that one was available. I have no issue with how things look, we paid a low price for our stay, but cleanliness is standard at any establishment. My friend's eyes began to swell, and she got hives from sleeping in the beds. Additionally, the bathroom light kept malfunctioning. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The images are very misleading, as are the reviews on Expedia. I loved Montreal, but this hotel was a disgusting experience, and we won’t stay there again.

It was good regarding the price

4 star lobby, 3 star room, 2 star beds, 1 star breakfast.

La chambre etait bien mais derriere les meubles faudrait passer l'aspirateur! Il avait plein de dechet!

Experience clean rooms, staff was also very nive and helpful

Cet hôtel est mon préféré pour son rapport qualité prix. Bien situé à proximité de tout. Le petit déjeuner gratuit est aussi un avantage de l'endroit.
