立地条件は駅も近く、スーパーのIGAも徒歩圏内で便利です。客室は壁紙がはがれていたりしていますが、夜休むだけの目的であれば十分です。 ただ、今回朝食付きプランを予約しましたが、内容はよくありません。初日はソーセージなどがありましたが、2日目からはパンとシリアルだけの朝食でした。高い追加料金を払うくらいなら、外で食べたほうが金額的にも内容的にも満足できるかと思います。

Never stay here! 1. Unreadiness. We checked in at 4pm and our room was not ready. The guy at the front desk asked us to show our IDs to see which room we were supposed to stay in. Then, to my surprise, he started texting the housekeeper asking if the room was ready. A short time later he informed the guest that the room had not yet been cleared. 2. Poor security. Most guests arrived before check-in time and were told to leave their luggage. However, there were no tags to put on their luggage and no keys for the storage room. One gentleman complained that what if it was stolen, but the man at the front desk kept saying that such a thing had never happened before. 3. Lazy staff. One front desk lady was smoking outside until she noticed a long queue of people waiting. 4. Mistake after mistake. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, we were asked to show tickets. However, we did not receive tickets when we checked in. The next guests were exactly in the same situation. Unfortunately, some of them had to leave, probably because they could not complain in English or French about the mistake of the front desk staff. 5. Not enough staff. I was surprised to find that the person collecting breakfast tickets at the restaurant and housekeeping were the same person. They just want to make money. They must hire more staffs!

The front desk was overwhelmed and there they needed an extra person to help. The location and price were great, but not worth the discomfort. The room was too warm to sleep. The bed was very old and worn. The restroom was clean but outdated.

I recently stayed at Lelux Hotel Montreal with my family and had a very disappointing experience. We had booked two rooms (Room 304 and Room 305). Upon arrival, we found that the air conditioning in Room 304 was completely non-functional, making the room unbearably hot and unlivable. Despite raising the issue immediately with the front desk, no alternative solution (such as another room, portable AC, or even a fan) was provided, and the staff could not reach any manager for assistance. We were forced to check out of Room 304 because it was impossible to sleep there. Room 305, while slightly better, was also hot and uncomfortable, and none of us got proper rest before our long trip back to Saskatchewan. The windows in both rooms could not be opened, and the overall handling of the situation by the hotel staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Given the conditions, I am requesting a full refund for Room 304 and a partial discount for Room 305. It is unacceptable for guests to pay full price for rooms that do not meet basic comfort standards, especially when no solutions or apologies are provided. Unfortunately, this stay left us exhausted and frustrated. I would not recommend Lelux Hotel to others based on this experience unless management seriously improves their customer service and maintenance standards.

I don't like this, initially they given parking allocation after that they canceled so far has not received the refund. It is not worthy. The bathroom is not clean and the flush is not working properly, overall not worthy to stay.

They just provide one piece of toilet paper and if you need additional you have to go down to the front desk to pick up . They should’nt offer a breakfast is a disaster no enough places to seat, no food , and tables dirty really bad. Piles of dirty dishes everywhere . Yesterday the receptionist where drinking at the living room next to the desk around 9 pm too bad !! I should never come back .

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. At check-in, we were not informed that the air conditioning throughout the entire hotel was not working — a basic amenity that was clearly listed as part of the services offered. It was only after we got to our room and noticed the issue that we approached the front desk, where we were told the AC was out for the whole building. When we requested a refund for the remaining nights of our stay so we could move to another hotel, our request was rudely denied without any effort to resolve the situation. The staff showed no concern or willingness to help, and their attitude was completely unprofessional. We expected at least honest communication and basic courtesy, but sadly, neither was provided. We do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

I was not happy at all that I had to wait 5 days for my $250 security deposit be returned back to me on my card. When I had to pay, they received my money right away. This is totally unacceptable
