Almost good!

Parking fee is expensive.

立地条件は駅も近く、スーパーのIGAも徒歩圏内で便利です。客室は壁紙がはがれていたりしていますが、夜休むだけの目的であれば十分です。 ただ、今回朝食付きプランを予約しましたが、内容はよくありません。初日はソーセージなどがありましたが、２日目からはパンとシリアルだけの朝食でした。高い追加料金を払うくらいなら、外で食べたほうが金額的にも内容的にも満足できるかと思います。

Never stay here! 1. Unreadiness. We checked in at 4pm and our room was not ready. The guy at the front desk asked us to show our IDs to see which room we were supposed to stay in. Then, to my surprise, he started texting the housekeeper asking if the room was ready. A short time later he informed the guest that the room had not yet been cleared. 2. Poor security. Most guests arrived before check-in time and were told to leave their luggage. However, there were no tags to put on their luggage and no keys for the storage room. One gentleman complained that what if it was stolen, but the man at the front desk kept saying that such a thing had never happened before. 3. Lazy staff. One front desk lady was smoking outside until she noticed a long queue of people waiting. 4. Mistake after mistake. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, we were asked to show tickets. However, we did not receive tickets when we checked in. The next guests were exactly in the same situation. Unfortunately, some of them had to leave, probably because they could not complain in English or French about the mistake of the front desk staff. 5. Not enough staff. I was surprised to find that the person collecting breakfast tickets at the restaurant and housekeeping were the same person. They just want to make money. They must hire more staffs!

The location is good because Berri UQAM station is really close.

Parking was okay but not had to pay 34$ extra. Staff was not helpful and doesn’t tell about breakfast. Moreover, when we complained they said that not our problem. Never go back. So arrogant staff.

Room was clean. Could hear the wind blowing through the window glass. Overall it was fine and breakfast is included!

The bathroom needs a little maintenance especially the toilet seat,and the dining area need more necessities and to have the dirty silverware properly stocked not on the floor in a small container. And for the elevator it’s terrible,I have to use the stairs all the times because of fear the elevator dropping suddenly. And the plug in walls need to change as well. Staff good.

Well priced and well located. Spotless and quiet. A little dated but overall great value.

You basically get what you pay for. This hotel was cheaper compared to many others around the same area and that does come with its own reasons. We booked rooms here twice last month. First one was a 2 queen bed room which had all the necessary items like microwave, fridge, iron, tv, free wifi, good air conditioning, etc. The second room was a 2 double bed room which was almost half the price but the comfort of those beds were also significantly worse. The heater was older and a bit loud whenever it was working. No microwave, fridge, and the ironing table kept dropping to the floor because of its bad quality. So I would recommend getting the queen bed room and nothing cheaper. There is an extra parking fee of 35$ per night with limited spots so come early... but ofc not earlier than 4pm since they dont check in before that. The breakfast is so limited to a handful of items to pick from, but the staff and services were really good and helpful. The elevator wasn’t working on one of the days we were there but they did get it fixed in a few hours. So, really just an average hotel you can stay in for few days if you dont expect a lot of high quality/luxury and want something for a low budget. 3.5/5 experience.

Great staff, excellent room service and good location.

Deberían valorar cambiar los reguladores de la ducha ya que necesariamente las actuales inicien por el agua fría. Pero todo lo demás excelente y la atención muy profesional y amables.

Pas de refrigirateur dans la chambre, elle était propre mais a franchement besoin d'être repeinturer et rafraichir!

Parking is small, there no toothbrush , no tooth paste or body wash were provided which is disappointed. One of the mattress is broken.
