Almost good!

Parking fee is expensive.

立地条件は駅も近く、スーパーのIGAも徒歩圏内で便利です。客室は壁紙がはがれていたりしていますが、夜休むだけの目的であれば十分です。 ただ、今回朝食付きプランを予約しましたが、内容はよくありません。初日はソーセージなどがありましたが、２日目からはパンとシリアルだけの朝食でした。高い追加料金を払うくらいなら、外で食べたほうが金額的にも内容的にも満足できるかと思います。

Never stay here! 1. Unreadiness. We checked in at 4pm and our room was not ready. The guy at the front desk asked us to show our IDs to see which room we were supposed to stay in. Then, to my surprise, he started texting the housekeeper asking if the room was ready. A short time later he informed the guest that the room had not yet been cleared. 2. Poor security. Most guests arrived before check-in time and were told to leave their luggage. However, there were no tags to put on their luggage and no keys for the storage room. One gentleman complained that what if it was stolen, but the man at the front desk kept saying that such a thing had never happened before. 3. Lazy staff. One front desk lady was smoking outside until she noticed a long queue of people waiting. 4. Mistake after mistake. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, we were asked to show tickets. However, we did not receive tickets when we checked in. The next guests were exactly in the same situation. Unfortunately, some of them had to leave, probably because they could not complain in English or French about the mistake of the front desk staff. 5. Not enough staff. I was surprised to find that the person collecting breakfast tickets at the restaurant and housekeeping were the same person. They just want to make money. They must hire more staffs!

The location is good because Berri UQAM station is really close.

The deposit was immediately refunded. Clean and Warm. Very close to the station. Rare use of the shower.

The property is pretty average for the price. Breakfast was not the best to be honest. Just regular pancakes, cereal, milk, coffee and no sausages or anything meat. Staff was welcoming but we didnt needed them for anything else. The building ranks of air freshener smell for someone who’s sensitive to perfume you might not like that but it didn’t bother us. Hotel is within downtown but has lots of homeless people around which was expected of the area. I would recommend it still for other people though for the price and accessibility to metro!

Hi I am very disappointed with the stay! My parents are here visiting Canada for the first time. I booked the lelux hotel as it was a convenient location! However, the room service was not there. My father wanted a glass late night to drink hot water with medicine but our rooms did not have a glass! He went to reception asking for a glass and they said we don't have any glass or even a paper cup. I asked for plates and they denied as well. This was all before 9pm. For breakfast they did not have options nor it was great.

The location was near the Metro so that was convenient. But the property lacked 24 hr coffee option and there were no complementary water bottles in the rooms.There was no refrigerator in the standard room. Those things are something one would expect from a hotel.

None of the dispensers works, ice machine broken, the only parking available is for $30 plus taxes when on Expedia it’s says parking available on your own and it doesn’t show extra fees. Continental breakfast is not worth it the only thing that’s ok was the hot croissant and the rest below average, no fruits at all. Oh yeah and the pancakes the worse.

Cancelled cuz of reviews saying they had bed bugs. didn't get a refund. Lost $430+ for nothing.

This hotel offers comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price point. I recommend it.

Pros-Strong WiFi, comfortable bed, Gym except the broken treadmill. Cons-Poor breakfast, no eggs, sausage etc, BE READY TO EAT PANCAKES! maintenance comes every 2 days to clean your room. Tub was clogged, please replace the old treadmill.

They’ charge $35 for the parking and it’s not so easy to park their and the receptionist lady is not so friendly at all

The front desk was overwhelmed and there they needed an extra person to help. The location and price were great, but not worth the discomfort. The room was too warm to sleep. The bed was very old and worn. The restroom was clean but outdated.
