Almost good!

Parking fee is expensive.

立地条件は駅も近く、スーパーのIGAも徒歩圏内で便利です。客室は壁紙がはがれていたりしていますが、夜休むだけの目的であれば十分です。 ただ、今回朝食付きプランを予約しましたが、内容はよくありません。初日はソーセージなどがありましたが、２日目からはパンとシリアルだけの朝食でした。高い追加料金を払うくらいなら、外で食べたほうが金額的にも内容的にも満足できるかと思います。

Never stay here! 1. Unreadiness. We checked in at 4pm and our room was not ready. The guy at the front desk asked us to show our IDs to see which room we were supposed to stay in. Then, to my surprise, he started texting the housekeeper asking if the room was ready. A short time later he informed the guest that the room had not yet been cleared. 2. Poor security. Most guests arrived before check-in time and were told to leave their luggage. However, there were no tags to put on their luggage and no keys for the storage room. One gentleman complained that what if it was stolen, but the man at the front desk kept saying that such a thing had never happened before. 3. Lazy staff. One front desk lady was smoking outside until she noticed a long queue of people waiting. 4. Mistake after mistake. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, we were asked to show tickets. However, we did not receive tickets when we checked in. The next guests were exactly in the same situation. Unfortunately, some of them had to leave, probably because they could not complain in English or French about the mistake of the front desk staff. 5. Not enough staff. I was surprised to find that the person collecting breakfast tickets at the restaurant and housekeeping were the same person. They just want to make money. They must hire more staffs!

The location is good because Berri UQAM station is really close.

The deposit was immediately refunded. Clean and Warm. Very close to the station. Rare use of the shower.

I never got my deposit back. I stayed for one night left the room basically in the same condition I found it in and yet it’s been almost 2 weeks and still no refund.

The rooms are clean, especially the toilets, which are very clean and spacious. we had a smooth move with the staff, and the breakfast was good. Maybe they can include some more items in their menu

we had a great stay over all are perfect! Thank you for accommodating us.

Véritable arnaque,j'ai fait une réservation le 11 Nov 2025,pour le 12 Novembre 2025,lors de ma réservation,j'ai indiquée payer sur place,ils ont pris 72,94 dollars á l'avance,puis j'ai réçu des méssages du service client qui dit si j'annule le 10/11/2025 á minuit je devrais payer des frais de 61 dollars.J'ai passée toute la journée de Lundi qui était le 10 Nov,personne ne me répondait,j'ai appeler éxpédia sans réponse ,j'ai laissé mon numéro,j'ai envoyée des méssages pas de réponse.J'avais une contariété de pouvais pas aller á l'hôtel ils ont pris mon argent,je n'arrivais pas á l'annuler á l'avance. Ils sont pas honnêtes,ne vous fiez pas de leur courriel,je me désabonne d'éxpédia aussi.

The front desk never answer the phone of need anything, parking is almost never available. The room service never vacuum the room.

Personnel pas très souriant. Lit confortable et propre, le reste pourrait être plus propre. Pas bien insonorisé, on entend tout le bruit qui vient de dehors et les gens qui vont au toilette dans les autre chambre. Le déjeuner. En somme, c'est representatif du prix. C'était bien parfait pour une nuit rapide à Montréal.

We arrived to find that the toilet was not flushing, there were what appeared to be blood stains on the tub, and a large yellow stain on the mattress and sheets. When we asked for another room, the front staff told us that the hotel was fully booked and offered us a refund. We accepted the refund and they gave us 10min to leave the premises. I have still not received my refunded money.

The hotel is nice , it’s beyond what you pay for. The breakfast is good, and the reception staff are very accommodating. The location is great too.

Does not look like the room was vacuumed. Lots of dirt on the floor.

Very good for price would stay again and very good breakfast

Staff needs to be more hospitable, greetings with a smile otherwise it’s a good deal.

It’s the worst hotel you can stay in please stay awayyy.. we booked this hotel a month ahead and recieved confirmation that we can check in at 1:00Pm until 11 next day. We reached there around 2pm there was this girl who assisted us at the reception we showed her everything but she kept saying no you can check in at 4 we only let people check in at 4 we showed her it says 1 but she didn’t listen and was so rude. We waited there and saw all the other people getting inside their rooms from reception. This was disgusting the worst part is her shift exchanged and new lady comes in we ask her the same question after waiting for almost an hour and she told us our room is already ready and it was at 3:pm she did not say it will be ready at 4 or whatsoever worst worst service ever: we couldn’t get out keys to the door they manually opened the door for us saying keys aren’t working they can open whenever if we are not in the room worst hotel worst service and not safe at all please DO NOT COME HERE.
