Housekeeping and front desk super helpful.
If you are getting into Montreal or leaving by bus from Berri it'a an amazing combination of comfort and convenience at budget price. It will be my go to.

Had a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean, and in a super convenient location (short walk to the metro/subway). Yes, the decor and amenities are a bit dated, but its what you would expect from an older hotel.

4 nights, checked in to a broken room heater not working. Changed to a nicer warm room. There is only one staff at the front desk. Staff is helpful. Comfortable bed n nice pillow. Great location, close by are airport bus, Metro, St Denis eateries. Will stay again.

checked in to room - had a odd smell - not a big deal for me. just needed a place to sleep.
Room temperature in evening when i entered was 17 degrees so i turned up the dial for the heater. By the time it was 11:00 PM the room was 15 degrees.
Went to front desk to ask them why isn't the heater working. They said sorry we can't do anything. Couldn't move rooms. I told them I can't stay here, it's not comfortable so I left that same day i checked in at 12:00 AM at night to another hotel.
They said they would refund me and I have yet to see refund. Currently in the middle of dispute and it's been over a month. Just give you the run around and the manager is apparently always busy or not available.
wouldn't recommend.
