There is ample parking for trailers which we needed. The room was clean. It is in a great location. The hot-tub was luke warm and dirty. That weekend the pool was full of kids up to 10 pm. I wish like other hotels they offered an adult time from 10 - 11 pm.

I pre-registered and didn’t have much contact with staff. There was a stain on one of the bed’s cover. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Stay was for my wife and mother in law with mobility issues. Room was clean and location was good. However can only give this an okay stay. Whenever another room flushed a toilet there was this horrible banging noise (have video to prove it) and that really needs to be fixed. Walls, floors, everything seemed thin. The breakfast looked okay however discussion with staff and saying that leftovers like sausage are put in the fridge and put out the next day was disgusting. They sit in a warmer the whole time and I think food regulations don't allow that. Ate there only once during the trip of 6 days. Lastly I am from Sudbury originally and I know we get snow thus should be the best at managing it. I can say for having a person with mobility issues the handicap parking spot was not maintained well. Should be the most shoveled area in all the parking lot yet wasn't usable. Hopefully some things improve for other people to stay here.

Safe area. Beds were clean and comfy. Staff were very pleasant and accomodating.

We had an amazing experience the staff were amazing the housekeepers were really kind the kitchen lady was very kind but the eggs were dry the sausages taste terrible they had other options the waffle machines always a hit there was yogurt options cereal options Bagels but as far as the hot food I personally was not a fan, we had no problems checking in no problems checking out the kids enjoyed themselves we had a good experience

Clean and comfortable

Room was clean and modern. Staff was great. Breakfast in the morning had much variety and was delicious. Room was next to stairwell and the door slamming was very loud, also, was able to hear walking and running above us in the late hours. Otherwise it was a relaxing stay.
