Clean, safe, comfortable

OK hotel. Breakfast was very basic.

We were dissappointed in the bathroom. 2 people stayed in the room having only one 18" towel bar was not sufficient. Considering they only provide new towels every 3 days our towels were still wet the next day due to lack of drying space. The breakfast eating area is right beside the front door. It was very cold and even worse when the door opened. We did like the breakfast tho.

It was underwhelming for the price. It was clean and the staff were nice. There was a hockey tournament in town so the hotel was very busy and loud when we were there. The hot tub closed after our first night due to broken tile.

I stayed here before and as always its a good stay.

There was lots of parking. The breakfast was good.

This is not somewhere you would go if you're looking for a higher end motel. Its a bare minimum type of place, right down to the single ply toilet paper. Its definitely in need of some updating.

Worst experience at this hotel by far. Fully understand that Sudbury is busy with hockey over the winter season. But the hockey families staying at this hotel were extremely disrespectful of other hotel guests. (We are a hockey family as well) We came up solely for a family trip, to utilize the hot tub and pool. For the entirety of our trip the pool and hot tub was closed due to the other younger guests not being monitored in the pool area resulting in vandalism of the hot tub and pool (soap being added, missing tiles, over capacity). Every night kids were running down the halls until after midnight. With the parents present and also being just as obnoxious and loud, due to alcohol. We received phone calls during the middle of the night (2300-onwards). After finally calling the front desk, inquiring if it was front desk staff trying to get a hold of us for emergency purposes (worried about vehicle and snow removal/stolen; etc). They stated it was not them, we then informed the front desk that we would unplug our phone for the duration of the stay. Despite going to the front desk multiple times, even upon being notified via text after check-in that the pool/hot tub was closed. We had no resolutions to the problems. The assistant manager on call (Jennifer Romas) would not respond to the front desks calls. But was further told that despite being unable to process a refund for one-night, due to the ongoing issues, due to third party booking. No help from Expedia.

The pool was down so knowone could use it unfortunately that why lot of other people book this hotel

Room was clean, pool was clean and had towels when we went down. Breakfast was satisfactory and full.

Staff was great. Had very noisey first night so they moved me to a quieter area.

We frequently stay in mid level hotels for hockey tournaments in Sudbury and this was by far the nicest of that type we have experienced in the city. Our minimal interactions with staff were pleasant, the room was updated and clean and the breakfast was fine. From now on this will be our go to hotel for sports trips.

Was very good staff but spent the night up because whoever was renting above me kept walking in circle all night not sound proof enough but overall had a good stay
