Rooms were a bit dirty and the elevators were dirty. Could use a new coat of paint in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The location of this hotel was great for our needs. Lots of parking, carts to take baggage to rooms and check in staff were friendly. Pool area was nice and I would say a bit larger than most hotel pools with a decent sized hot tub. Room had a microwave which was important for us due to a dietary restriction (gluten). There was also a mini fridge and mini coffee pot. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety. Even a few options (fruit, yogurt and hard boiled eggs) that were gluten free. Cons to this stay: 1st room given had dog hair all over the one bed and the room was not cleaned very well. Front desk was kind and gave us a different room which was cleaned pretty well. The second room had poor drainage in the sink which was tolerable. When visiting the pool take a towel or ask for another as everytime we went the towels were all gone. Overall not a bad stay. Definitely not a full 4 star due to cleaning but a solid 3.5.

The staff were excellent and helpful. Unfortunately the cleanliness lacked a little, there was toothpaste on one of the towels in the bathroom, a left behind deodorant, the window sill was very dirty, ants all over the coffee station and no towels at the pool. However, we still enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable and overall a pretty decent stay.

Staff not very friendly or welcoming. Coffee was terrible and breakfast was not very good.

Hotel propre et proche de grands commerces. Il y a aussi des très bons restaurants à proximité incluant un café avec torréfaction sur place. Le personnel est très sympathique et de bons conseils. Le petit-déjeuner est bien fourni mais tous les ustensiles sont à usage unique et pas de recyclage.

It seems prices are going up but amenities are decreasing!!! Very small bar of soap only 2 set of towels none spare as in the past, no hand cream , instant coffee on second day and only 2 perc packs first day? Everything is in smaller portions or none !

The room was dirty and the bed sheets were not likely clean as the smelled of dirty sweat.

This is a fairly new hotel but feels like it’s cheaply built Staff were super helpful and nice 😊

The included breakfast was substandard. We have stay at many other hotels which included but this Microtel does not meet the standards of others. Also the operable window in our room would not open. I tried but did not want to apply too much forcethat may break the handle so left it alone. Parking and clean room were good.
