The staff was very nice and informative. The room was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC was customizable and worked well. The one small negative is that the washroom layout is a little awkward at night without a night light, as the door handle is very close to your head when you go to sit. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice, great location (especially for events at the Bell Centre). We did not use any site amenities like the restaurant, business, fitness, etc.

Awesome hotel within walking distance to the Bell center, perfect place to catch a show & visit downtown MTL; rooms are very clean, newly renovated & beds are incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very basic hotel! Underground parking was a nightmare, if you have a truck or a large suv you will encounter a lot of obstacles and won't be easy to park, staff were very good, pillows were bad, bar was basic.

Not happy with the checkout process we experienced. Our credit card got double charged-one for checkin and then during checkout. Process of fixing it made us miss our appointment. We booked with breakfast included but got charged for the breakfast even when we were told upon checkin by the receptionist that breakfast was included as we asked to confirm our booking.

Excellent place to stay. Close to downtown and older part of the city. Walking distance to the Mount Royal. Clean and quiet. We stayed there on the Canadian Thanksgiving and it was full of people. If you're looking for luxury book a room at the hotel next to it. If you need a place to sleep, it's an excellent option.
Parking may be tricky when it's busy. But staff was excellent with help. Across the street there is another parking spot with more vacant spots.

Great location! Very convenient to the Bell Centre. Super clean and spacious rooms. Very comfy beds. Underground parking is easier than we expected. Denba, in the dining room has excellent customer service skills. He made breakfast time even better by his being very attentive and professional. The tiny fridge in the room was a disappointment. It was so stocked up with beverages for sale that its very difficult to squeeze in your own foods and beverages! Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay.
