The view out of our room 730 was over flowed dumpsters full of rats, cats & birds that have made a very unsightly mess to look at. The window also whistled all night long. The wind was very strong, but the seal clearly needs to be replaced. The restaurant was great! All the staff was fabulous. The pillows are on the stiffer side. The beds are comfy and the location to the Centre Bell was super convenient. Great selection on the tv. Nespresso maker was used by one of us. Shower was super hot and relaxing, other than the body lotion in the conditioner bottle instead of conditioner. We will probably stay again if we come to another event at the Centre Bell.

Service was more than exceptional. Staff were knowledgeable about where to go and how to get there. I had a wheelchair and a walker delivered from Amazon to the hotel with no problems.

Very conveniently located close to Bell Centre, close to the train station and lots of different restaurants. Hotel itself is nicely decorated in the lobby, friendly staff at the front desk. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and the beds were clean/comfortable. The surfaces (desk, side tables) could have been cleaner as there were rings from drinks and sticky spills.

Perfect place to stay if you have an event at the Bell centre. Only a 3-5 minute walk. Pricey but expected in that location. Paid $27 for 2 cans of coke and 2 bottled water. The floor in the hallway of our floor was covered in plastic and the ceiling was leaking. Was also woken up from a consistent banging, almost like a washing machine off balance.

Dusty room. I was sneezing and coughing throughout my stay, I had to leave early because it made me sick. The pumps on the toiletries were stuck. Breakfast was too expensive $27.50 per person. Just gouging their customers.
