We stayed here on a sat night when we had tickets to a show at the Casino. All of the other hotels were super expensive and the Inn was just under $300 for the night incl. parking. Very walkable to everything. Our room was nice and comfortable but I found it weird that there were no charging ports for phones (brought our own) and only 1 towel bar so there was no hook or other bar to hang a handtowel in use or the guest robes. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

The property was described to be much nicer then it was , a kind suite . It was really no different then any other rooms, maintenance needs to be done on the property, no microwave in room or a mini fridge. Coffee machine in the room did not work therefore had to pay 6 to 10 dollars for a medium or large at the establishment . Rather disappointing to say the least .

Loved the vibe of the Inn and the location was perfect! In between Clifton Hill for our son and Fallsview Casino for my boyfriend.
Unfortunately, the air conditioner was very poor in our room and we had no view except for the pool.

Good location for the casino shows. Room was well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable Staff were pleasant and helpful. Dining room is gorgeous and food was excellent Lovely dining atmosphere.

Hotel was very rundown and bit handicapped friendly. Bathroom lick did not work. TV was not user friendly. No local channels. (Buffalo). No ice nearby. Court yard rooms had very wet carpet outside. Parking lot didn’t seem very secured. Both front desk people were very friendly.

I’m torn writing this review because we actually had a very nice day on the property and there were a lot of fun little amenities for teenagers that were appreciated like Instagram photo op spaces, a high-end boutique with some really fun items, indoor pool and a patio.
My complaints are related to adult things like there was surprisingly no mini fridge in the room! I didn’t even think to look if there was one when we rented because I would assume that’s a standard piece of equipment. After going out to a big dinner with lots of leftovers, we couldn’t even keep them because we had no fridge and we were unable to keep our drinks warm for back in the room. It ended up becoming a big pain in the butt.
We noted a musty smell in the building, not uncommon with somewhere on the edge of the water that also has an exposed indoor pool, but it was fairly noticeable. This also meant there was crumbling… I don’t want to say moldy, but certainly areas of frameworks of windows and doors that were in disrepair. We also had an odd moment where the front desk called us at midnight to confirm everyone was in our room, they couldn’t provide an explanation as to why we received that call and that kind of left me feeling unsettled as well.
The building-great location and distance to Clifton Hill, beds were comfortable, the room was clean, there are nice robes in the closet, otherwise a wonderful stay. Warning Niagara Falls is incredibly expensive. A dollar store stuffy is $45. Good luck!!

Stayed in Room 250 off interior court yard. Long haul from reception. Bit of a maze. Didn't park or use restaurant. Main building interesting. Lovely old stone and beams. Room, linens clean and new. Exterior walkway carpet worn and not vacuumed well. Also some halls stained and worn. Odd configuration of 2 queen room. No art or décor. TV only Roku or subscribe to other. No cable (CNN, ABC, etc.) No information on how to use TV or coffee maker. Shower only half water and other half out tub faucet. Cute retro fridge. Newer AC/heat system. Staff at check in good but tried to check in around 3:15 but room not ready. Around 4 when we checked in. Close to Skylon, Fallsview Casino and restaurants.
Fine for price.
