I paid the deposit twice. I believed it would be canceled, but it has not been canceled yet after over a week. I called several times, but no answer. It was a second floor room, but I had to go up and down the stairs more than twice to get to the room.

Changed two rooms in the same time. Both of them had the heater broken. It’s extremely cold in the night, me and my daughter had to squeeze in the same bed. Need more maintenance on the property!

Service was subpar, very slow

Staff were awesome and food was great.

First of all, charging guests for parking is ridiculous—especially at the rate you’re charging. The lot is at the back of the building, and guests coming from out of town have no other option. It feels like a forced extra fee on top of already expensive rooms. When you walk into the hotel, you’re greeted by buckets catching leaking water. That’s unacceptable for a property charging over $200 a night. The building is cold, outdated, and nothing like the photos online. It feels old and poorly maintained. I reached out ahead of time to ask if anything could be done to make our stay special for Valentine’s Day—our first Valentine’s as a married couple. I wasn’t asking for anything extravagant, but the answer was essentially no unless I paid more. That’s incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, the room didn’t even have a single bottle of water. Basic hospitality standards are clearly not being met. When I spoke to the hotel about these issues, the response was dismissive. I was told they were sold out, as if that excuses everything. Being fully booked does not justify poor service, lack of maintenance, or indifference toward guests. This stay was extremely disappointing and far below what your pricing and advertising promise.

The staff were friendly, and we loved that the hotel leaned into Valentine's. The breakfast at the on site restaurant was pricey, but delicious.

The room was lovely. Missed not having a small fridge and the door to the washroom looked like it was missing a handle to open.The pool area was so cold you could not imagine going swimming or even sitting by the pool. The parking was an extra $45. I thought that was expensive.

The Hotel looked a little tired and there were some ceiling leaks in the pool area. We had an issue with the elevator that wasn’t working.

Friendly staff, older but clean hotel. The issue with our room was the shower. It seems that an insert was put over an old tub & the tub has water trapped between the layers making the floor of the tub not steady & difficult to stand in. We would have mentioned earlier but didn’t use until we were getting ready to leave.

The room was good and the staff was helpful. However, it is not somewhere I would stay again.

This motel Is in poor repair…too many issues to list. At best, it is a lower end 3 star.

Awful experience. Walls are paper thin, could hear the people in the room next to us, who stayed up until 5am. No hot water for the shower, fireplace did not work and no cable TV. Even found an ant on my pillow. Not a good hotel.
