Everything is perfect at Pan Pacific MS !

スキーにために宿泊しました。ゴンドラに近く、買い物のビレッジにも徒歩で行けて便利でした。また、ホテルスタッフも親切で、ホテルも清潔で泊まった部屋はミニキッチン付きで簡単な朝ごはんを作って食べて朝早い時間からスキーに行けて便利でした。

It was a great hotel.

We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was great. Loved the mountain view as we could sit out on the balcony and watch the activity all around. The king size bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. A wonderful stay, celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary.

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Our room overlooked the pool, and the noise level from the surrounding bars was unbearable. It felt like trying to sleep at a music festival. The music was extremely loud throughout the day and continued until around 1:00am every night, making it impossible to relax or recover from jet lag. We even had to sleep with earplugs. The room itself was also poorly designed. The bed was uncomfortable and awkwardly positioned, making it easy to bump into it when going to the bathroom at night. The room was very dark, and the fireplace seemed to turn on and off randomly. We ended up checking out a day earlier than planned. Surprisingly, no one asked about our experience or whether we had enjoyed our stay. We would not stay here again.

The mountain view 1 bedroom was definitely worth the extra money. The view of the mountain with the clouds even on a bad day was a great way to spend time in the room. Front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful and cordial. Gym was small but the pools were nice. The Irish bar is a lot of fun. Definitely one of the best hotels in Whistler.

Not all rooms are in the same class are the same, and descriptions are deceiving. Paid for a studio mountain view room on a high floor, but got a weird room with extremely limited views (less than half the window surface I normally get in the same room category) and a weird layout, which I'm almost sure was smaller than advertised.

The room itself is very small, not comfortable for more than 2 people. There were guys working on sign outside of window all day, banging on metal. Of all the rooms that have a view, we were given a room with a broken sign outside of it with no view until they worked on it. Bathroom shower didn't work, bathtub worked fine. Sauna had strong cleaning odor, toxic smell, so it was unusable. Parking lot is very difficult to park in for medium sized car or larger. Front desk staff was not welcoming or warm upon arrival.

Pan pacific is good

They need add an ice machine. And the parking slot is too small. People don't park their car properly.

The steam room, hot tub and pools are really nice for unwinding everyday. We had a suite with a full working kitchen so can just buy groceries if you don’t want to constantly be eating out. They also provide a shuttle so you can use it to go to the Scandinavian spa etc. the location is basically right in the village so your very central to almost everything.

Hotel was nice the staff was friendly. Scarce on the amenities. Pub is in bad need of an update. Lots of little things that need to be repaired.

The room was well equipped with plenty of coffee and dishes. While it was cool outside the pool was heated and the 2 hot tubs available. The parking garage is tight, you would be better to use valet if you have a large vehicle. The property is close to everything in village. There is an Irish pub that is part of the building…we had a nice dinner there, it was quite lively and had a band later in the evening.

All My family are satisfied with cleaned rooms and out door pool.

This is a beautiful property and perfectly located. I want to give a special shout out to Harman for going the extra to make our stay more comfortable. Fortunately there were extra rooms that she was able to show me because the pre booked room contained a Murphy bed, which would not have worked well at all. I was actually very surprised that was being offered, as well as the teeny one person balcony, because neither seem conducive for a nice stay. I was able to upgrade to the one bedroom. I would normally rate with five stars but the nights were very uncomfortable due to the internal temperature controls. We had difficulty sleeping both nights because it seemed very hot and stuffy. Unless we just didn’t know how, it didn’t appear we had the ability to make the room any cooler. Other than the lack of personal temperature control and the possibility we could have ended up in that silly Murphy bed/teeny balcony suite, it would have been a five star rating. Once again thanks so much to Harman for improving what she did.

Wonderful hotel at the base of Whistler Mountain.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I love the pool/ hot tubs/ and sauna , it is all so well maintained , the rooms are great . We go for a girls trip and it’s wonderful place to relax and plenty of great restaurants walking distance nearby. Staff so thoughtfully upgraded us from a studio to one bedroom which is such an appreciated gesture when not busy . Thank-you for a great stay :)
