The location is amazing right at the base of the slopes, so it’s super easy to get around. The amenities are great, especially the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs after a long day. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall, it’s a super comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Location was incredibly convenient - steps to the gondola and bars/restaurants. We usually stay further out or in the upper village and it was so nice being right in the thick of things - but the room was quiet. Amenities were great, loved the hot tub views and steam room!

The concierge was very friendly and took great care of ski equipment. Ski equipment storage lockers are standard. It would help to have drying racks. Apres happy hour was a little disappointing. Overall it’s a great location and you can get on the mountain quickly.

Room was very small with a convertible bed which took 2 minutes to find. When converted, the bottom board protruded out to hurt your feet walking around it. Totally hazardous.

Best location in the Village for skiers. Top notch facilities. My only complaint is that the Dubh Linn Gate restaurante on the property is no longer open early for breakfast as it used to be. Instead, you need to order breakfast from the restaurant as room service the night before from a different, very limited menu. That was quite a disappointing change from past years for the ones of us who like to have a good breakfast early, before hitting the slopes. There is no reason for the hotel restaurant not to be open early, when other similar hotels in the village do have that amenity.
