Our previous stays at Pan Pacific Mountainside have been good, but this time we left disappointed. My wife and I were travelling with our two young toddlers, so we were anxious to check in and get to our room. We checked in 2 hours early hoping for an early check-in, but understandably, the room wasn’t ready. We checked back in at the lobby at 4:00pm when they said our room would be ready, but we had to wait another 30 minutes. The helpful staff apologized and gave us a courtesy bottle of wine, which was appreciated. When we got to our room, there were a few issues with the condition of the room. There were dirty dishes still in the dishwasher, a baseboard was broken off the wall and sitting on one of the dressers, and the biggest issue was a broken electrical outlet. My wife went to plug in her phone charger and the electrical plate was broken and fell off the wall, exposing the wires. With a 1 year old crawling around, this was very dangerous. We also had a crib delivered to our room for our 1 year old. Two of the wheels were broken and the crib would fall to the ground on that side, so also a safety hazard for our toddler. Luckily we brought our own pack and play for our toddler to sleep in. The staff was helpful and kind and the pool area was great, but the issues with our room left us disappointed.

Quick over nighter here, 100% would recommend to anyone. Clean, nice pool, steam room and hot tub. Spacious rooms. Only issue is the parking spots are real small under the hotel.

Great room - we had a studio suite. Well laid out and equipped including the kitchen. Pool area has incredible view of Whistler mountain and the bottom of the village - restaurants and fun vibe below as the pool and hot tubs are second floor and looking out/above. A fun place to spend time!

Only problem is is the underground parking is very tight, especially for larger vehicles

Clean room, great location

The room and property are excellent. The location is the best in whistler village. Cleaning and maintenance staff are wonderful and do a great job. Front desk aren’t super helpful or quick. The gym is very very small. I would stay again, and recommend to friends.

Great spot with view over pool and hot tub and bottom of mountain bike runs and lifts. Close to everything in the village.

Room was not the cleanest. Also in the shower you can see mold starting to form. Needs some upgrades

Location is unbeatable - right on the bike plaza near the Fitzsimmons lift. Great for people watching. Nice rooms with mini-kitchens so you can get groceries instead of eating out for every meal. Staff is helpful and friendly. The Irish bar on the ground floor is great. My only complaint is that the WiFi is kind of slow.

The location is amazing but the hotel itself is definitely not 4 stars. If you’re lazy and want something close this would do. But if you’re looking for a 4-star experience. I would skip and find something else.

Fabulous location, nice lobby, great 2 bedroom apartment! Also loved the pool!
