The place is warm even the weather is cold. The staff is very nice and friendly. Maybe the decorations there a bit more traditional but it makes you feel very good while you stay. you

Parking spots were extremely small.

Lovely room, we booked a one bedroom suite with our 16 month old. It was a great size, close to the pool, and smelled amazing. Actually the whole hotel smelled amazing. Very tastefully decorated. The bedroom was nice and dark for us to sleep. Would stay again for sure.

Enjoyed having a full kitchen, apres, the pool and hot tub. The staff were all excellent. It's nice to be so close to the gondolas.

We had a great stay! Loved the kitchenette, beds were comfortable, convenient location.

The room was perfect and the staff was very friendly. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The Dubhlin Gate restaurant is as meats a favourite spot to grab a drink and pub food.

The location is phenomenal a true ski-in, ski-out. Super friendly and professional staff (reception, ski valet & house keeping). The room was modern and comfortable included all necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend.

mountain facing room that was clean and had everything necessary for a lovely stay.

Beautiful view of blackcomb slopes, pool and hot tubs facing the mountain, right next to everything in whistler village. Staff service was excellent with early check in made available for us as well as free shuttles to the Scandinave spa. Only weird thing was after we checked in one of the staff knocked on our hotel door then immediately unlocked it and popped her head in to ask if everything was good. Was incredibly weird and made us uncomfortable that she was willing to unlock and enter our room when we were in it without us answering or opening the door for her.

As always people that work at this establishment absolutely go above and beyond. 20/10. The rooms are very neat and clean. I cannot say enough lovely things about the people. The only opportunity is some despair in one of the hot tubs and the water in the pool/hot tubs has some stuff/human soup floating around. But that’s splitting hairs.

The room was nice but needs certain minor renovations. The bathroom fan did not work and the coffee maker malfunction. The coffee fream in the fridge was old and sour tasting. The breakfast was so so..there was no jam for the toast. When i mentioned this to the check out agent she said it was from a 3rd party and she couldnt compensate the over $50 we paid to the hotel. The check in agent was very hospitable..much gusto. I would not go there again unless chachanges are made
