This isn’t really a full service hotel. Very limited staff available. Nobody was present when trying to check out. No cleaning services offered during the stay. Not even any shampoo and conditioner and none available when requested. You are even asked to take out your own garbage upon check out.

I loved how quiet it was. The staff were lovely. The room was well stocked with space for storing and hanging ski gear. I appreciated the use of a “ community kitchen” area. I tend to be a fussy eater and this was the perfect solution for me. Also, the fridge in the room is larger than a normal hotel fridge. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic after a big day of snowboarding.

Dirty sheets were left on sofa bed from prior guest. Shower faucet did not function well, spun 3 times before water would trickle and difficult to get warm water.

The accommodation was beautiful with great amenities. However, the resort closed the day before so the facilities advertised weren't available, as in no breakfast apart from muffins and fruit and tea and coffee facilities. This did not spoil the stay though but it would be a good idea to make this clear in future to other guests. Nothing much was open in Sun Peaks resort so we would probably have stayed at another location if we'd have known. This is not a negative review though as the accomodation was really nice!! Expedia just needs to get the advertising details right!

The room was very clean and comfortable Bring every you need for your stay. There are no extras You need to go to the lodge for water coffee and tea. Skeleton staff, but not really required. Everything is self explanatory!

This was a true hidden gem for us. We do not ski, so timing was perfect but we absolutely loved the village the trails at the top of the ski lift and all of the restaurants and bars that we went to. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our room was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable.

Bring shampoo

Its a time share in a residential neighbouhood. Check in closes at 7pm. Nuisance to check in. No phone or TV in room. Bed was not high end. No shampoo or conditioner. Over rated for what it is.

Beautiful location just a short walk to the village. Quiet and comfortable, great hot breakfast in the main cabin.

Very quiet hotel during our stay. Dinner options were a bit limited probably due to the time of year (June).

This was the most beautiful setting forba stay at Sun Peaks. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone considering visiting the area.

The Commons area gave our stay the feel of being in a chalet. Lovely surprise. Great breakfast.

Pinnacle Lodge is always great value, and Richard is such a good host. My go-to spot for accommodation in Sun Peaks for skiing.
