It’s very family friendly and it has that cozy vibes that you look for when traveling to the mountains. The front desk clerks were more than helpful and the Waterslide was a great bonus as well. Definitely would love to come back here!

Wonderful property, very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to restaurants. Very clean room and extremely comfortable mattress. Great place to stay.

Quick, easy and efficient

We stayed for 4 nights, 2 adults and 2 kids. I thought the stay was okay, average, everything was alright, beds were comfy enough, breakfast was average scrambled eggs, eggos, bacon or sausage and toast. Nothing extraordinary or different. The fruit was old and spoiled on one of the days. The kids liked the pool and slide. The pool is deep if your child doesn’t know how to swim be careful. Our toilet overflowed but it got taken cared off right away. Overall I would recommend. Front Desk was nice and price was normal for Canmore.

Hotel is good

The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to use the gym slightly before it officially opened, which was very accommodating of them. The pool and gym area were both well maintained and clean.

Amazing hotel and service.. pool was nice too, kids really enjoyed fully as weather is bit rainy during stay.

Free breakfast was nice, you can eat, leave for the day for hiking or sightseeing. The only downside was the breakfast opens at 7 AM, We had a reservation for the shuttle at 7:30 so we had to hurry had we had a reservation at 7 we could not have had breakfast.

This place was great for our family, pool was warm, close to town, amenities were close. Only drawback is no onsite restaurant but easy enough to walk to one a min or two away

Amenities were nice. Warm cookies in the lobby every day. Cleaning of the room could be better in the shower and the floors. Otherwise this hotel is always a really good choice. Especially while staying in Canmore!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was convenient for all the site seeing that we were doing. Banff was way too crowded for us, Canmore was a better choice. We were pleasantly surprised at the nice “downtown” area to walk around.

Excellent room service , rooms are very clean!!! Recommend to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is good too. We had a very good stay.

This propery is amazing. The location is perfect and the suites have balconies with a tabke and 2 chairs. We enjoyed our dinner on the balconie and morning coffee admiring the beauty of the mountains. The room had a safe and the soap, shampoo and lotiins where locally sourced from Rocky Mountain House. Each product was infused with essential oils. They supply pet blankets and bowls if needed. A full continental breakfast is included. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. The room was spacious and had a sofa and fireplace. Wr will be going back in the fall.

The room was big but the fridge was broken, bathroom was not as clean as it should have been considering the price they are asking per night. Lots of cracks definitely needs to be updated.
