Great hotel convenient for Banff and surrounding mountain activities (we went canyoning). I the staff were friendly & efficient and left a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. I used the weights in the gym and sauna. The pool and Waterslide were a huge hit for young kids who were clearly having a fantastic time.

Nice hotel, spacious room, Waterslide was sooo fun and large hot tub. Only down side is the slide comes out on the shallow end of the pool so if you just want to play with your kids who aren’t using the slide that might be an issue. Breakfast was good, limited options.

The parking lot can be a little tight, but the staff were helpful and great. The hotel is right next to a Tim Hortons/Wendy's and had breakfast daily which was your typical breakfast offering. Convenient location to get on Alberta 1 and head to Banff. Also easy to head to Three Sisters though the parkway was closed for construction while we were there. Room was clean and large enough for my family of four and our 4 bags. Beds were comfortable. No balcony but had a fireplace we didnt use. The kids loved the pool slide!! Great place for the price!

Great property for families with children who enjoy a pool and waterslide. Temperature in the pool was comfortable for children to enjoy and hottub to warm up in after. Staff was extremely helpful and guided us to some beautiful bike rides. Building is dated but clean. Breakfast buffet included which is helpful with kids also.

The room was nice and the property was great for what we need. My only complaint was that I was given a bottle of wine at check in for being an Expedia rewards member and the next day the cleaning staff (I assume) stole it out of my room. I talked to the front desk and they simply gave me another bottle. We were also woken up one night at 1 am because the battery in our smoke detector was beeping. So I had to wake my child up and contact the front desk to get it replaced.

Given the room rate we were expecting this to be a really fabulous place to stay. Instead we ended up with a basement level room (1 of 3 guest rooms on that floor) with windows high off the floor. The thermostat was set for 22 and could not be adjusted. The room was much hotter and when I went to the front desk and let them know the thermostat was not working and no air was coming on they said they would send someone. I asked how long as it was evening. They said 20 minutes. 2 hours later no one had shown up and we were going to bed. The breakfast was underwhelming to say the least compared to all the other cheaper hotels we had stayed in. Soggy eggo style waffles and then an assortment of other typical breakfast fare. They cutlery was empty and we had to wait for it to be replenished.
