This staff of this hotel was so attentive and friendly. We came for the snow and there is a shuttle to Lake Louise which made it easier than driving up to the hill. The restaurant was amazing. Will be back!

Great service from front desk who helped us with traveling to Jasper and the road conditions. Room was spacious and very nice. Hotel was nicely decorated for holidays and restaurant is very good as well.

Nice quaint property. Great rooms and selection of coffee and teas. High end restaurant on site. Really good ambiance in the hotel and rooms. The spa was not worth it though.

Schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr gut gepflegt und super sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant ist Fantastisch. Der Service beim Abendessen war etwas langsam weil parallel noch eine Hochzeit bedient werden musste. Ein Fehler beim Frühstück wurde sehr professionell gelöst. Die Bar mit Kamin ist im Winter sehr gemütlich.
