From check in to check out the hotel was a gem. The staff are truly special and go the extra steps to make your stay special. From the moment they open the door for you the place feels special. We ate at the pub both evenings, the food was well prepared and delicious. The price was more than reasonable and the quality and quantity were perfect. The wait staff were well informed, very friendly and genuinely interested in how our holiday was going. The shuttle they provided to the lake was an unexpected bonus. It made the day much easier. We decided that our next trip to Lake Louise in 2 years we will be staying at the Post Hotel. 10/10.

Very comfortable rooms, wireless chargers at each bedside are a nice touch. They provide complementary bottled water and Nespresso coffee in the rooms. Each room also has a jacuzzi bathtub. The shower water pressure and flow was excellent.
