ホテルの鍵のシステムがダウンしてしまったみたいで、鍵をかけることが出来ませんでした。カードキーをもらえませんでした。そのため鍵をかけてしまったらホテルの人に頼んで鍵を開けてもらわないといけませんでした。今までこのようなことは経験したことはなく、不安がいっぱいでした。もちろん中からは鍵がかけられます。土曜日に壊れて、月曜日に直る予定だと言っていました。正直言って、すぐに直して欲しかったし、あまり長く滞在したいとは思いませんでした。それ以外の部分はまあまあで、平均的なホテル・モーテルです。食パンが食べ放題で、スープも飲み放題ですが、それらが置いていない時間帯もあります。駐車場は少し古いです。歩いていけるところにレストラン&バーがあります。ガソリンスタンドも近くにあります。コンビニもあります。

Rhe room was spotless, the staff was very courteous.

Immediately walking into the room, it was so hot that it was hard to breathe. The fireplace does not have an on/off switch and the thermostat on the wall didn't work - but it did show that the temperature was above 30 celsius. Opening the window to cool the room off, we noticed vehicles below our window surrounded by trash bags that seemed to be hiding items, and people were rearranging the trash in the vehicles. 5 hours later, it was still going on. A man was witnessed changing the license plate on a car and changing his clothes in the parking lot. The front desk said he was "fixing his car" and seemed to be involved in whatever was going on with these men. It was so shady that other guests also mentioned calling the RCMP. Definitely an uneasy night and HOT as heck. Never again.

We always stay at this property when in Whitecourt. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, larger rooms with a fireplace and kitchenette options, basic breakfast and great prices.

Average, could leave the games room open till 11pm instead of 9pm as there’s no pool.

Didn’t get to stay wifi was out in the city so we couldn’t check in

Breakfast was great. Had to ask for towels, beds were not made up for 2nd day or towels replaced

Property was good. Wanted to rebook for following weekend and desk clerk good not even give a price. Why is that, prices seem to fluctuate every day.

Room 108 features a leak in the bathroom wall with mould in the wall and standing water on the floor, the security latch has been torn off the door. Breakfast included two empty containers marked “coffee.”

Overall a very clean place, however the light switches in my room and bathroom were very dirty. I'm sure it was just an oversight because everything else was really clean. It would be nice to have scrambled eggs to on buffet breakfast

Room was next to the UFA cardlock and heard trucks all night long

Very nice rooms. We have stayed here 3 times and will do it again.
